This is what you need to know. You must be the right candidate for a PDO thread lift. That means minor not major sagging. If you have major sagging then you need to opt for a traditional facelift. Do you suggest to do thread lift ? How would you handle this fluid looking lump? I’m tired of rubbing and doing lymph draining. There was always a little extrusion but today i noticed it spread and puffy. Should I be concerned? I am worried? But it's over 3 years, shouldn't it dissolved? Thank You
I looked VERY carefully and analytically at the before/after photos, and just like so many other examples of thread lifts, the results are either non-existent, or worse. They really DO NOT do what they are promoted as doing. The only positive thing I can say is that the photos were honest and didn't use BS make-up and lighting tricks.
This patient gets threads for preventative aging, though they do provide a subtle immediate lift that gets more pronounced as she generates collagen to reposition her face-- this happens in a 3-5 month period depending on how quickly the patient's body produces new tissue. When the thread is inserted it is a funny feeling, it's not 100% comfortable but it's also not painful like laser resurfacing. It was most painful thing I have ever experienced....the last pull up over the left ear. Lots of loose skin. I had PTSD for a long time...hair loss puffy eyes.

Yes, it should have dissolved. Schedule with the provider who performed the lift ASAP to make sure there is no infection.
