You need to have your steering wheel the same colour. Great upgrades.
A good idea with fixed base seats doc is to put in a anderson connector to the rear of the car. Good for checking the battery or connecting a charger. You can also make up a set of jump leads with a anderson connector on the opposite end so in the event you need a jump or need to give a jump, you have that capability without having to remove the seat. Don't forget an isolator switch.
I did this. I have the Anderson connector under the front bumper
Great idea that Landie Man- I did have a reason to go in the battery yesterday which was a real pain to be fair

Hey Doc! Nice job but..OEM chairs with leather upholstery and cognac color, same like yours, works much better ( in my opinion of course) - more classic! Anyway, my suggestion for the next step would be to remove the bulkhead and install a steel bar instead. BTW, I have another tip for your, and mine, future upgrade.. this however, I will disclose at a later time. Now pease enjoy your new settings. Cheers 😉

Those seats look very nice, and your right they are not cheap! Personally I would have gone for the tip up seat bases as you never know when you will have to remove the battery cables quickly, especially if your at the side of the road. Just be carefull someone doesn't spill coffee or cola over those switches on the cubby box. Sugary drinks will not do them any favours. Of course now you will have to decide if you want to fit rear seats again, with the extra expense of buying matching units. Is the ORE wheel carrier going to be the next job?
Thanks Tony- yes the tip up bases would have been nice but quite a bit extra to buy so thought I’d just live with having to take my seat out if I need the battery. Someone mentioned having an Anderson connector there to somewhere out the seat box which is a good idea

Wasn’t too bad to be fair- it’s the wiring that takes a bit of thinking but not too bad
Look great!! Are they still live with ignition off? If so must remember to turn off
I have actually since swapped the wiring so they are live on ignition as I was worried about leaving them

It’s not… the Jack isn’t even in the defender which isn’t great - think I’ll mount it behind the seats.
