Wasn't gonna do spacers but I have a 20x9 aftermarket wheel & wanted to install 275 35 20 for wider look & better traction
Nice surprise! I received an engineering certification after watching this video completely.
Yeah probably not quite. But explaining the effects of widths and offsets is something people never seem to get tired of.
I am pretty new to car upgrades and I am struggling to understand why people want spacers for their wheels… I get it that it helps handling, but I’ve never heard the TLX being criticized for handling… In fact, it’s one of the few things that people never complain about. So what is the main reason to do it? For the looks?
Nice, still debating if I want to modify my TLX and if, which would be first. Subbed.
Do tints first. Changes the look completely.
Really appreciate your thorough reviews 🫡
Thanks for watching! Any suggestions on what you would like to see next?
I got a 9th gen 6-6 coupe Accord and I put on 20 mm spacers a while back went to the track , drove hard I had some grippy tires on some after market wheels with 40 mm off set with sticky yellow stuff pads producing allot of heat and I swear there was thermal expansion of the aluminum spacers only in the front. Because when I fit the stock oem wheels back on it’s difficult to snug down the lug nuts to recommend torque spec.
Interesting. Can you elaborate on the difficulty you had? What was difficult?
Very helpful video, thanks for sharing
Glad it was helpful! More TLX and wheel content coming!
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thanks for the video. What size spacer would you use on a 4th gen?
Stock wheel on 255/45/18
With tein H tech lowering springs?
Honestly you need to measure, see this video for more on that: ruclips.net/video/xQHEMHr4pGw/видео.html
Thank you
What tire size you put on Titan 7 (10"W, 37mm offset).
285/35
Is this beauty lowered on springs or coilovers?
Tein coil springs :)
Oem is +50mm offset. Your math was correct but you kept saying 55😅
Damn thanks for fact checking, I also called it a rim spacer instead of a rim protector. Guh.
Do u have these spacers in 5x114.3
We can order them absolutely.
@@Heeltoe. Great I will place an order soon
