sometimes when we are camping we will throw cans in a pile but we always clean up and leave no trace we were there. We always tread lightly.
Warden Kuka isn’t fit as a Warden as you can tell by how she speaks of the young lady and looking for any reason to get her in trouble “for the camera”. Then to hope the girl doesn’t have any clothes to wear to jail besides her bathing suit. Be professional, ma’am, you’ll need us out in the woods one day.

Whenever I’m at a landing or other public area I always pick up trash before I start my activity. Always very easy to pick up a full trash bag
Unreal how big of a deal they make for a few kids having some fun. Give the kid a warning for throwing her bottle in the bushes and maybe the guy for providing the beer. Too many other real criminals out there but hey they needed footage for tv

Those old guys needed a fishing license ? In Canada the only ones need a license are 18-65 , they still have to follow bag limits

I understand the litter situation but this is hard to watch this is why people are sick of the cops. These young people are just trying to enjoy life. Give them a warning it would have the same effect. And hoping to put some one in jail naked is just showing how unfit you are in your position.

@@srobins05 yeah some people are dumb, i was walking with my friends the other day and one of my "friends" grabbed the container that i had my food in that i was finishd with and threw it on the ground, and called me an npc and laughed at me for i picking it up. what im trying to say is they know what they are doing just doesnt care.
When I was a teen I was with people who littered and got a ticket,guilt by association. I learned not to associate with trouble.
I like the warden with the glass bottle guy had to go grab the other warden becuase hed used all his tickets for the day ...man understood the assignment
It's crazy that wardens in Montana can't charge people for DUIs they have to wait on the police. In Virginia a game warden has the same powers as a police officer.
Here in Texas, they have more authority than a local police officer. They are between a State Trooper and Texas Ranger when it comes to what they can do.

it's pretty well known no matter where you go that glass is not welcome ... whether it be a beach, a park, a trail, etc.

Federal law says you don't have to identify to any law enforcement agency unless you are under arrest or at a lawful traffic stop. With that said is that different in a state park I don't know, of course you have to show game licenses which essentially identifies you.
Never take a test if you been drinking esp on probation wait for probation officer gives you time to sober up
Crazy you can pay for your ticket right then and there for the overlimit. Seems they were carrying cash just in case they got caught.
The show is from like 2010 maybe thats why they carries cash. But tbh if the fish were still alive the cops even said it was an honest mistake why give them 150$ ticket each. No harm no foul. I love fishing here in south florida and alot of times just toss legal fish back and buy them at the local fishery because its cheaper to buy them than it is to pay the ticket. Its sad. Specially when you take a hunting class and they say public is our and they are just there to regulate more like discourage.

They don’t really take it seriously anywhere, I live in Montana and there’s trash all over the place, they just happened to do something about it probably only for this episode
For years now, every time I go fishing I take 2 big trash bags along. Unfortunately at least one of them gets filled up with garbage left behind from others. I refuse to sit and fish in trash. No matter where you go, someone seems to have left their trash behind. As a smoker, cigarette butts are trash too. They don't belong on the ground or in the water either. Oh well, my rant of the day.

You must not have ever been fishing because if you did you would know that sometimes fish swallow the hook into their gills and and more than likely that fish will die, so why throw them into the water where they will die anyways, might as well keep them and eat them
@@MtoutdoorsmanSo, if that happens it would count against your limit. What’s more, why would you keep fishing if you’ve at your limit since your scenario implies that. I can see your scenario being valid if you catch a fish that’s under sized for a particular area. Special trout waters could lead to this being a possibility.

Our conversation officers in Indiana will anwser regular police calls but I think it's more because the county I grew up in so rural that we only had 1 deputy on after midnight

I've loved the outdoors since I was a child hunting with my dad in the early 1970s. Littering is a big deal to me because, in my opinion, it mars the gentle, majestic beauty of creation. In the 1960s, there was a popular anti-littering commercial that featured a Native American man watching people littering in a national forrest/park and it brought tears to his eyes. That is how I feel when I see litter anywhere but especially out in wilderness areas.

One thing I don't understand anymore!! At one time you had to display your license!! Now this days you don't even have to!! You can have your license on your cell phone..
We had the same problem in our area, trash brought in,but not taken out, and on private property, guess what happened. Closed and patrolled.
It's NOT a fish and game property. It's the hunters and fishermen's property, seeing as they pay for it.

On the topic of litter bugs, I hate to see hunters with semi automatic and pump shotguns leaving all their empty’s on the ground, leaving small piles of plastic n brass on the floor gives hunters a bad name

Kqyn Kuka is a terrible warden. Watched her complain about putting on waders to save a deer trapped on ice. She didnt even try. A random hunter showed up and saved the deer. She even laughed after the event
