Finger biting I’ve always seemed to enjoy which I a random one (my own fingers not someone else’s lol) I rub my fingers and wring my hands a lot now when I’m nervous. Bottom lip biting, rubbing my feet together. These are usually if I’m upset or feel poorly. I’m going to be posting a video of my experience of being a parent and (unknowingly) autistic later today. Congrats on 39 weeks! Not long now x

I made a video about this during autism awareness month. It’s up on my channel if you’re interested. Stimming helps me in a lot of ways. It helps me when I’m stressed, happy, or even when I’m bored. If people try to take this away from me, it makes me engage in self injurious behavior. Mainly hitting myself. Fun fact, stimming also helps blind people.
Thanks for the video! Could you please make a video on how to recover from hyoerfocus? Indeed after I focused/hyoerfocused, then I feel quite confused and I still have images of the thing I focused on, so I can even look spaced out. Sometimes it even affects my sleep
