Thanks for the video, very informative, I’ve been eyeing on getting some but thought installation would be too hard to do myself and too expensive to do getting someone to do it 👏🏼
It is the only way to do this since the jack will have to use the jack point. You can't place a jack stand there because the jack itself is taking up that jack point. So yes, I did one corner at a time.

@@vonsevilla4426 It took me 2 days because I only have 1 low profile jack and I used brush for the ceramic paint. It took 2 coating to make it nice and it does take a while to dry. Mine got the PPF, but no mud flaps. It is interesting that it seems to be hit and miss. I see some get one or the other, some get none, some get both...
I had that style of mudflaps and found that they trap dirt between the mudflap and the body and end up scratching the paint. @BTG - I installed these exact same ones from Evannex on my 2021 Model Y. They look amazing and definitely add some pop of color and contrast. After a month however, the front driver caliper came loose and the bottom metal bracket started hitting my rotor or tire and was making a very scary noise. I ended up towing the car to be safe, but basically carry a screwdriver or tool to readjust it if it gets loose. I’m going to remove the calipers if it happens again.

Thank you for another good one. It must be nearly a year since you fitted the calliper covers so, how have they stood the test of time? Also, do they work with the LR 19' Gemini wheels?
11:40 Hi! As I understand watching your video mounting the caliper covers they are mounted in their position at only two places. I’ve been looking at some other calipers and they usually have like 4 fixing points. According to your usage of them, haven’t had any problems? Like rattling noise or falling off?
Very worried about heat dissipation. The pad contacting the rotor the whole time generates a huge amount of heat. (probably less in a Tesla due to less using of the brakes, but still, lots of heat, especially on road trips.) I'd feel better if these had holes/gaps in them to let air in and out.
Hello! I just watched your video and do you still have the same calipers a year later? Any quick update? Are they still snugged, chipped/faded color, etc? Thanks!
Hi Mr BTG, thanks for the video. I'm going to place an order with Evanex for the caliper covers. I just wanted to ask if yours are still securely fixed after driving around for a bit. I'm worried about them working loose and causing a serious problem. I would use loctite on the bolt anyway. Thanks in advance for your honest appraisal! Andrew.
