      You're doing the right things! Have a think about what types of clothes your wearing, creams you're putting on and even weather can make it heal quicker. Stay positive !!

    I am using a couple of natural detox items from a functional doctor for last 4 days and the itchiness and redness are out of control especially in the morning. I am so tempted to put some steroid for some relief but seeing your video, I don't think I should. I've struggled with eczema for a lifetime but it just got bad the last 4 years and still haven't figured out what triggers it. I have cut out pretty much everything from my diet(dairy, wheat, gluten, grain for an awhile). In just the last few weeks, I added, quality meats, whole grain oats, and rice, don't even know if raw or cooked vegetables are good for me or not. I lost weight, and afraid to eat at this time. I don't know how long this detox will last for me. Your video is helping me thou. Thank you.

    Hi Ully, firstly, thank you for your videos! Really great content. I was wondering what your take was on where a healing crisis ends and TSW begins. Do you think they are actually one and the same thing? Many Thanks.

    I'm in the healing crisis now and my skin so itchy and couldn't sleep. How do you deal with it? I try to just let it be and bear with it... And how long do you take for fully recover?

      Hi there, I'm so sorry to hear you're going through it (its the worst !!). There's a few different baths you can try - my favs are dead sea salt and oat milk. Have these just before bed, you can also try dry brushing (before getting in a bath). If possible, get some sunshine on your skin - it'll do wonders :)

      I find putting loads of coconut oil and vaseline helps Whenever I feel itchy or my skin starts to tighten, I just put some natural oil on, it prevents your skin from tearing from the dryness as well. Also, it might not apply to everybody but meditation and positive affirmation on good healthy skin work for me as well.

      Hi Emelia, annoyingly I didn't take all that many when I was going through it (probably because I felt so bad and didn't want anyone to see it!). I took the few you can see here though, it was coming out everywhere, and all over my face arms and body

    I’m not sure if this is for me. My eczema went away for about two years but recently due to various things (I have no idea which) it has come back in the usual areas. Im more interested in managing a flare up. Would the dietry tips still apply ?

    • @naturully
      @naturully  4 года назад

      Hey amir, yes definitely! the flareup is a sign that there's something either internal or external causing your skin to flare - you'll need to get both back in check for the skin to heal again :)

      I am in the same boat. I wasn't doing major dietary changes just trying to eat more healthy food and veggies. It always comes and goes and since the last few years it stationed on my hands and didn't spread to other areas. Occasionally I used medicine when it got too bad but since last few days I am having the biggest outbreak of my life lol. I did have quite a stressful life in the past few years and recently I decided to stop using the cream even when it's getting bad. Sometimes (especially in my case) stress is a big factor in causing a flareup. Everybody is different but eating a healthier diet and have plenty of rest certainly help

      They are just suppressing it once you go carnivore and say start eating fruit thr eczema will come back like a tsunami. Best is to go o on a cellular detox by going on an all fruit diet.

    Yes it does, I’m 16 and I’ve got it when I was 13 just stopped eating dairy, wheat, meat, and Other bad foods. But one week later it’s been getting red but it usually last for one day but it’s been red and a little pain for 3 days so far. How long did it take for yours to go to the healing crisis?

      she's got another video where she was talking about the duration of her healing process. I think she said it roughly took her a year. I am also on my gluten free and dairy free diet and 19th day and my skin is still really bad but I feel great internally. I have had eczema for 27 years of my life (I probably started having it when I was very young so maybe not 27 maybe something like 23 years ish). I've had so many people including a few naturopaths told me to go on gluten free and dairy free but I never listened but now my skin is extremely bad I've decided to go on it. I'd say you'd give it at least half a year for how long you've had it. For me, I probably have to wait around for a year or 2. Good luck.
