    This is a "leak" video from a course I'm finishing on how to program for, price, launch, generate leads for a Small Group Personal Training Program, along with 12 months of done for you programming (my programs from Vigor Ground Fitness and Performance).
    This video breaks down the program design and structure of the Block Method I use and how it incorporates Strength, Power, Building Muscle, and Conditioning.
    This was built from doing small group PT model for almost 13 years and refining it to use in gyms with groups of up to 20 people (although you could do more too). I've used this with pro sports teams, high school and college teams, and of course, most importantly with our members at my gym.
    My intent on all the media channels is always to deliver as much value as possible and while many people tell me to not "give too much", I don't give a f@*k since I know great things happen when you share as much of what you know.
    You can check out other examples of my small group programs on my Instagram @lukahocevar where I routinely post new programs as we do them in the gym.

    Are you setting these exercises up as a circuit? Like trap bar dl as a station, then a broad jump station and then db bench as a station? Or do you have 3 trap bars and 3 benches set up?

    • @Luka-Hocevar
      @Luka-Hocevar  10 месяцев назад +1

      I have multiple pieces of equipment set up. It goes as a circuit BUT in block 1 the breaks are pretty long, we focus on strength and power

    Thanks a lot for the video. Really helpful. 10x10 protocol, 3 times, is not 10 minutes, or do i understand sth wrong here?

      Every set of 10 x 10 takes around 90 seconds. With a 2 minute rest break and 3 rounds you’re looking at 9.5 minutes

    Thanks man, very useful. I have a doubt. If in the conditioning part you're adding rounds, and in the block 2 you are adding reps, how do you manage time, if you have only 1 h class, so you don't start the next one later?

    • @Luka-Hocevar
      @Luka-Hocevar  10 месяцев назад +1

      That's why I break it down in time blocks, so that I always stay on time.

    If you had a small group class of 4 people and a small studio where you don't have multiple pieces of equipment, would you have 2 people double up?

    • @Luka-Hocevar
      @Luka-Hocevar  3 месяца назад +1

      Yes, just like with larger groups we split the group and each one starts on a different exercises (usually 3 exercises in a block).

      Not sure of the brand, they're pretty pricey but high quality. Can get them on Amazon

    how much rest are they taking on block 1? wouldn't that only give them 1 min rest?

    • @Luka-Hocevar
      @Luka-Hocevar  Год назад

      Between the big lifts you’ll see 2+ mins rest. For example, if it was trap bar DL, they’d do the set, do jumps, rest 45-60 seconds then rest 90 seconds and do trap bar again. The ramp up sets have less break since they’re warm ups. So every clients gets anywhere from 2-3, at most 4, hard sets in of each exercise

    How do you have your clients track their progress? App based, print out, etc.

      I know he does for semi-private training. He gives them the option of print out and/or app.

      They can do an app (QuickCoach) or have it on a written out paper

    what is the differece between metabolic stress and conditioning?

    • @Luka-Hocevar
      @Luka-Hocevar  10 месяцев назад

      Think of metabolic stress being "high rep pump work" and conditioning is different cardio methods
