Chef Pasquale, I lost my Nonno a week ago due to cancer and I found your channel during that time.. you remind me so much of him, and I find myself laughing and smiling uncontrollably watching your videos. Thank you Pasquale, Ti amo
Excellent, I just did your recipe and they turned out great ! Other recipe call for yeast, eggs but I prefer this authentic recipe. I added a black pepper too, turn out great. thank you
I woke up this morning thinking, "I wonder how Chef and family are doing?" Glad to see a new video and your wife did an amazing job videoing as you did cooking ♥️
If you're American , I think he's wondering how YOU are doing since the cases skyrocketed all thanks to the buffoon we have in the oval office who is not qualified to handle a crises like this.
Thank God you are back!! All worried about you. Where is Jeremy - he and his Mrs's are the best. Your beautiful wife is doing a GREAT job. Even of you do not cook - post as often as you can - just to say HI!!You keep us going!!!
We ate so many of these growing in Brooklyn. I watched my dad's mom make these since they're more a southern Italy thing. Many years later I decided to make them and my recipe is pretty much the same. The only difference is after I mix all the ingredients I let the dough sit 15-20 minutes covered before forming the taralli. It's much easier forming them.
My nona used to make these. She was from Pontolandolfo Campania. She is my inspiration for cooking in my life for which I cook and learn everyday. Thank you for showing me how to make. I will make this week. Thank you. I love watching your videos. Bless you
OMG! my aunt used to make these . I’m 66 yrs. and loved these as a child, thanks for the recipe since I didn’t know the name of these to look up.the recipe. 👍👍👍
So happy your back and well! Yay!!! I will make these soon and send them in a cute tin to my family in New York for Easter since now I cannot travel to go there any more
Had these for the first time in siena last July, managed to pick a box up in my local supermarket in N.ireland , currently enjoying some with some vino , hence why I'm here looking at the recipe .Grazie , Salute slainte 🇮🇹🇮🇪🍀
You made my evening! I’ve been thinking of my dad lately & missing our Taralli hour! I’m going to make these, sip an espresso, & remember how much fun we had eating these together! He definitely will be smiling with me! Thank you for sharing this recipe! It truly made today even better! Salute!
Haha !! My Nonna told me that back in Italy the farmers would keep these in their pockets so to have quick snacks with them thru the day while working ! She made some with red pepper flake too Great Job Sir !!!
I made these for the first time today and they are delicious. This was also the first time I've ever had them. My sweetie also liked them. I did use my machine to mix the dough. Next time I make them I will use garlic and grated cheese. Thanks for the great recipe.
This is only the third video of yours I have seen and I AM HOOKED! Glad you are all safe! And thank you for the tomato sauce recipe we just made some and it is thee best!

Thank you Pasquale for your recipe I will try it, I am from St Angelo D"Alife, but we don't put wine and add yeast to ours, it takes me three hours when using over five pounds of flour but well worth it. Happy Easter to you, your family and everyone on this post, and be healthy and safe. Your wife did a fantastic job. Love from New Jersey
Hi Pasquale... great to know you're OK and good to see another wonderful video... Your wife's doing a fine job ;) here's a hint that might help, maybe worth a try. I think if you put something to blacken the light behind you on your kitchen window(outside) might improve the picture. It's just a thought. Be safe, I appreciate all your videos and share them with friends.
Omg I'm so excited!! I ALWAYS had these at my grandmother's house. Oh yum, I cannot wait to make these! - also, your wife did a great job taping you :) Big hugs to you and your family!
Looks easy enough. Just finished the last from Apicella's Bakery in New Haven. They make a hard bread we called biscotti. Would love to know how to make that.
Ciao Pasquale, come stai?! For how long can I keep out of the fridge? Would it last like 8 days for example? Love your recipes! Grazie from Canada/ Veneto! 😊
