Great video boss! I'm in the process of saving up for SNS Kettle with all of their accessories (which now include their own charcoal baskets), plus the Fireboard Drive Kit and Blower. I'm also thinking about getting the Master Touch grill grate with that open middle section and the Vortex, so I can get the best of Weber with all the innovation of the SNS. Thank you for helping me confirm my decision with all the information you've provided 👍

Super helpful video. I'm leaning towards the Napoleon with the cast iron grates, diffuser pan, and 3 level system. What are your thoughts on stainless steel vs cast iron cooking grates? I also like that the temperature gauge and the damper are on the same side of the lid for the Napoleon vs opposite sides on the Weber which is counterintuitive.

I prefer stainless over cast iron. Cast iron is a pain to clean.

Just watched your santa maria grill videos. It got me thinking is it better to buy a kettle grill then buy the santa maria attachment like gabby's grill OR buy an outright santa maria grill? I looked at the price and the santa maria outfitters grill is about $130 more than a NEW 22" weber premium kettle and gabby's grill santa maria attachment together. This will be my first and only charcoal grill. What are your thoughts? Thanks!

I just bought a Gabby's grill. I'm a good ways from California, though, so shipping with sm outfitters would have been a good bit. Also got the rotisserie for gabby's. Altogether more versatile.

Great Comparison vid as always! I actually just purchased an LSG 20x42" based on my own research and your offset videos. My next purchase will be the SNS Kettle and this video confirmed what I'd already been thinking! -- For your next topic I'd love to see a comparison of smaller direct heat cookers (similar to your hog cooker video). I love the Mini-Chudbox Pro but Chud's BBQ isn't currently taking orders because they're so backlogged. So I'm curious if there are competitors that make a similar product?

I have the Weber 26” kettle. Are there any similar/cloned competing products in the ‘larger’ (i.e. 25” - 30”) cooking surface category?
    Thanks!

What? No Old Smokey? Leaving out the American made Old Smokey 22” Jumbo is unfair.
