I went to this same event in Isan. The town shares the catch. My friend is too old and broken to fish, but he wants to get. So he sets up a bar and gives the fishermen shots of rice whisky "to help them work" and they give him a share.

While eating hot and spicy food, exhaling through the mouth helps cool down your mouth. Try to take a slow, deep breathe in and out, this helps send cool air to those capsaicin receptors. That's why I frequently enjoy tasting the Spicy Hotpot food without using those information about the taste of spicy anymore already for my own taste talents nowadays about more than 5 years already without taking drinks.

I`ve tried the 3x Korean noodle pack. It`s insanely spicy. I live in the UK and quite often eat Indian food. I can eat a Vindaloo all day long and not even raise a sweat but those Korean 3X noodles are on a whole nother level.

I love spicy food, but I had often the experience in Thailand that food was so spicy that you did not taste any of the nice things you were eating. All was only hot. You could eat just rice.

Question: How long does it take for a large fish to grow to that size? Surely not just 12 months? Maybe the bulk fish caught last year depleted the overall stocks?

I have a pond in Isaan you really need to protect against unwelcome fishing. Also if the pond has been stripped of species diversity the snake heads will eat ( out compete) the other species and the pond becomes a single species pond with mostly the same size fish

Before having a lot of fish, now you have to request fish breeds and fry from the provincial Fisheries Department. He will let the fish be released in public water sources. to wait for the fish to grow up In the community water source, there are fish, fish, catfish, tilapia, and freshwater fish to eat in the next year. This is in my neighborhood, near the dam.

3X noodles? nooowayyy. I love spice as I moved to Bolton, Lancs, UK in 1983 which had a multi-cultural population. But even I can't tolerate 3X those noodles. It's not the taste it's the after effects 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
