I went to this same event in Isan. The town shares the catch. My friend is too old and broken to fish, but he wants to get. So he sets up a bar and gives the fishermen shots of rice whisky "to help them work" and they give him a share.
I really look forward to watching your blog.you have a really wonderful family .you can see that you and mo love each other so much mos English is really good she always has a smile on her face well done to you both .😊
" restfully busy " , dibbling/pootling ! I had a mamma noodle here , uk once , loved it , not been able to find it since, sigh . Good to see childlets swimming, kind regards , net
Thanks for this new insight on rural Thailand culture! I remember this video with them emptying the pond 3 years ago, they got so many fishes at that time...
While eating hot and spicy food, exhaling through the mouth helps cool down your mouth. Try to take a slow, deep breathe in and out, this helps send cool air to those capsaicin receptors. That's why I frequently enjoy tasting the Spicy Hotpot food without using those information about the taste of spicy anymore already for my own taste talents nowadays about more than 5 years already without taking drinks.
I`ve tried the 3x Korean noodle pack. It`s insanely spicy. I live in the UK and quite often eat Indian food. I can eat a Vindaloo all day long and not even raise a sweat but those Korean 3X noodles are on a whole nother level.
I love spicy food, but I had often the experience in Thailand that food was so spicy that you did not taste any of the nice things you were eating. All was only hot. You could eat just rice.
My wife will normally eat pickle fish every day,I do not eat it myself though,I generally stick to kiwi foods I know, although I do enjoy some Thai dishes
Question: How long does it take for a large fish to grow to that size? Surely not just 12 months? Maybe the bulk fish caught last year depleted the overall stocks?
I have a pond in Isaan you really need to protect against unwelcome fishing. Also if the pond has been stripped of species diversity the snake heads will eat ( out compete) the other species and the pond becomes a single species pond with mostly the same size fish
Before having a lot of fish, now you have to request fish breeds and fry from the provincial Fisheries Department. He will let the fish be released in public water sources. to wait for the fish to grow up In the community water source, there are fish, fish, catfish, tilapia, and freshwater fish to eat in the next year. This is in my neighborhood, near the dam.
3X noodles? nooowayyy. I love spice as I moved to Bolton, Lancs, UK in 1983 which had a multi-cultural population. But even I can't tolerate 3X those noodles. It's not the taste it's the after effects 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
spice is like pleasure with pain, so addictive. i was brought up with spicy food though. its something i crave or miss, like someone who has a sweet tooth or craves a pizza.

You doing well Ryan. Damo is same as my missus. She eats spicy that makes her look like she is in pain but loves it 😅
Get all the fish before the rainy season comes and the fish escape with the flood waters!

Always very interesting your videos..
I love the way the Thai community comes together and celebrate. This is how the Black community in America was before integration
Thanks for this new insight on rural Thailand culture!

Damo is correct about how most Asian can’t live without hot sauce. For me, hot spicy food is life! 🥵😋
Damo, I used to love instant Noodles, but had to stop using them as they are high in cholesterol.....Sad but True...
My wife will normally eat pickle fish every day,I do not eat it myself though,I generally stick to kiwi foods I know, although I do enjoy some Thai dishes
สวัสดีครับ

All this technology...where is the scratch and sniff app?
❤
Sorry silly question as it’s pond fishing we’re do the fish come from is it like fish farming
They stock the pond.

People from Louisiana in the USA also put hot sauce on everything
