Hey Justin! Your initial experience with the peeler reminded me of the old joke about why God's Chosen People had to wander in the desert for 40 years before entering the Promised Land. Moses refused to pull over and ask for directions! Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha! You'll have to let Brody eat a bowlful of his "Zany Fruits", THEN remind him that he is what he eats! Everything looked delicious... so enjoy that Apple Pie!
A women that can cook a apple pie like that is a keeper. Vacuum seal is the way to go. Temu has the best deals on the vacuum seal bags and rolls . Enjoyed the video.
I had one like that with a suction cup base to hold it onto table top. Hope you have better luck than I did. It took way too much apple with the peel. Never cld get it to take less no matter how much I adjusted it. 45 minutes and about 10 apples later I moved onto plan b😢
Hi from Ponchatoula La. I’d like to know if you ever processed Holy basil. I have tons of it growing and read it’s a very good basil for medicinal purposes. I am new at this and am trying to learn how to do medicinal plant methods. Thanks in advance! Live y’all’s channel 😊
I use HUGE zuchinni , people are always giving them away, if the squash bugs don't get em. Anyway 8 cups peeled, seeded sliced like an apple, add water to cover, add half cup of lemon juice, I throw a cinnamon stick in there too, cook till tender, Then add sugar to your taste, spices if you want. Can it like sliced apples and when you go to use it, thicken it with corn starch or whatever you use. I make a killer crisp with it. Nobody, i mean nobody who has eaten it did not know it wasn't apples. Kim in pa. If you want the recipe, let me know, I'll mail it you.
I'm with you on the borrowin thing... I hate to borrow, and I ain't too keen on loanin stuff out, because things have a funny habit of never findin their way back home. It's too bad that you didn't have your new peeler when you was makin your apple cider vinegar or you could have put your practice ones and all the peelins in the vinegar jar... Ol Roscoe might be a touch jealous of your time with his chirrens
The change in Brody in just 3 months is Incredible ..Handsome lad 😁👍🤗

Canned apples sounds pretty good. Funny how you got more Cackle Berry's by feeding em jalapeno seeds.
Could you do a apple forward and one reverse? I could be wrong but maybe it could keep you from moving it back and fourth
Looking mighty fine.
