The other half is a shipping business, way easy. I run 1percent for houses around here, and 3-5 for roofs. Keep the videos coming. Great content as always.

I’m sure you’re applying with the softwash and rinsing with the pressure washer. I found I use less sh than downsteaming through the pressure washer. Not wasting the product in the line when it’s time to rinse. I never just sat there blowing out my line on the foundation; I always tried to reapply to the gutters or other sections before clean water but I really like having the 2 hoses out! So nice to just grab the soap hose and hit it with soap or grab the rinse and know it’s just water.

What'd a good surfactant that can be picked up locally almost anywhere? I don't have the time to order any and my M.I.L just asked me to wash her house this week. I seen laundry detergent works ok?
Hi. Yes, understand that there are a number of variables including state of area to be cleaned and concentration of bleach. I've got bleach which is 10% chlorine and I've seen elsewhere that I should start with a 1:5 dilution bleach:water to clean around a pool where some areas are starting to get blackened. I have already cleaned off the worst with a karcher and I have tested a small area with just the bleach (no dilution). The undiluted bleach is 100% effective but I'm wondering how dilute I can go without losing effectiveness. I know there's going to be a bit of trial and error but I'm wondering if you can give me any further pointers? Thanks in advance!
It's almost like people asking how much is it going to cost to clean my 1500 square foot house? I'm like well how dirty is it? How much plant life around it?Is it off side of mountain? Im in the mountains lol. Any decks? Two story? Lots of variables in it. Most I have used so far is around 45 gallons on a site but that was 3k feet of fence and a 2500 square foot two story house. If your patient and let it sit with good surfactant it usually continues to work. I'm guilty at times of being inpatient and hitting it again. Sometimes you have too. No two jobs alike. Great advice Scott. Keep up the good work.

I understand that is a true statement I was just trying to get an idea of how much surfactant would go in 50 gallon batch mix..I going to be cleaning a mobile home park all the mobile homes are equally dirty with vinyl siding so I was going to mix up a 50 gallon batch mix so I can go one mobile home after another . but I do understand on a daily operation I wouldn't want to mix that much..
