    I’m looking at Tucson and found options in Tanque Verde but concerned because I noticed it’s less than 1% of AA at the schools and they’ve recently had some challenges. Is it an issue as a whole or just a one off in your opinion. I don’t want to be somewhere that isn’t safe for my AA family.

    Paul I love your videos. However I keep waiting for the video where you grab one of those guitars off the wall and seriously start shredding. Get on it please! We need to see/hear a decent solo.

    Do these three neighborhoods have HOA’s?

    • @LivingInTucsonArizona
      @LivingInTucsonArizona  Год назад

      Yes, all three have HOAs and each are wildly different. If you want more info on one of them, let me know and I'll dig it up for you.

      @@LivingInTucsonArizona I’m looking for a neighborhood that would allow an RV garage to be built next to the house, or a house on an acre plus that already has a workshop or RV garage. Might that be available in any of these neighborhoods?

      Of those three Bel Air Ranch Estates is the most likely to allow that. Forty Niners Country Club Estates may as well. I'll reach out to them and get more info for you.

    Here's a tip, don't move to Tucson unless you want to be bored out of your mind with absolutely no where to escape to in less than 3 hours drive each way. Just to get from one side of the town to the other is a major trip since there is no freeway system, and there never will be.
