I seem to remember that's how I use to open my old truck with that special trunk key, a screwdriver. I love those Cragar wheels! I look forward to seeing this car when you are done with it!

My wife's first car was a Fairlane 500 her dad picked it up form an elderly lady. Of course she did not like it, so her dad put some mags on it and swapped out the standard muffler with something a bit louder. Needless to say the boys at her school drooled over it and suddenly she loved the car. I'm on the lookout for one to restore for her for her retirement present, and it has to have a turquoise interior.

Don't see many 65's I have a 2door 65 that my great grandfather bought new. I got all the original paper work and it's pretty much all original
