I had the pleasure of working with these guys in 2001 as a guitar tech when they were promoting their Roll On record with appearances on Letterman and Conan as well as some live concerts and instantly became a fan.. smoking hot shows every night! I'm planning on visiting Australia for their next tour there. Thanks for spreading the word on this very underrated band.. at least in the States.. .Love how Chris was doing a Danny Gatton beer bottle gag tribute too! Cheers fellas!

These guys are an absolutely great live band…. Check out All torn down, Roll on, Prisoner of Society, White Noise…. You won’t be disappointed.

Kudos to whoever picked this - it was on my list to recommend at some point! Genuinely think this is one of the best live music videos on RUclips ❤

these guys have a very brain setzer/stray cats sound. they are a fantastic band. that hollow body guitar, and that double bass just puts it over the top. and, dood standing on his bass while still nailing every note - fantastic.

As @Hay S said. Chris Cheney (guitar/vocals) is a member of the Barnestormers with Jimmy Barnes, Jools Holland, Kevin Shirley, and Slim Jim Phantom.

Pumped to see you fellas react to the living end. Saw these boys supporting Cold Chisel at Hanging Rock in Victoria a few years back. Unreal

Big Day Out was a large festival, those people not having fun may have just been waiting for the next band.

you split the braincell down the middle this time. one half for each. and i can't stress this enough, "the living end" is a phenomenal band to see live. if you're even kind of into rockabilly or old school rock and roll (circa 1950-1965) these guys are on point. i'll state it again - the hollow body guitar and the double bass, together they sound fantastic.

I Google "Living End Reaction" every 5 months or so. I couldn't believe that I missed you guys of all people. Music of my teen years! I LOVE Living End. Punkabilly Dudes, you guys should revisit them again. Anything from "Self Titled" or "Roll on" can't go wrong.

Their first album was the soundtrack to my high school days. Chris Cheney the singer/guitarist played on a lot of the songs for fat mikes musical ‘home street home’.

They have always been pretty standing base forward, it’s sort of their thing

My now adult children still hate it when l say, 'Seen them'. They have seen a few now, and a few more, which shits me. RTJ and Everything everything is hard to let go as I had to drive the little , {please forgive the fathers rant here. We are sure that such invective is a result of a malady of the brain brought on by exposure to his children} , and they didn't even offer some cash for fuel! Bastards! And they are, except the youngest, for obvious reasons.
