Hey thanks a lot, last month my fuel tank actuator get stuck on closed flap, sadly, that was to difficult to open, i broke the door lock, so now i need to replace the actuator and replace or fix the door lock...
But it's recommended to install a new actuator with emergency cable attached to it, like in Audi, it's so helpful

I did not know about that emergency cable, but sure it is good idea. My failed in open position so I even did not noticed until vcds scan... But I wonder how difficult is to open when fail in locked position.

What is the yellow tube connected to the fuel tank surround? Does it need unplugging from anything or is it loose?

I think it is tube for air or some kind of protecting from overtanking with fuel. It is loose by default, it is just connected on tank line.

It’s just a drain for any spilled fuel. It just hangs down into a small guide near the rear wheel suspension

I think some minor changes, like versions. I suppose bigger number means newer version but this is just my opinion...
