In answer to your question, the difference is “obstacles.” Someone who is naturally talented can still produce a result, even with many obstacles. For example, a person who is genetically predisposed to grow long hair will often have long hair even with a poor diet and sporadic hair care regimen.
A person who is not naturally talented (or genetically predisposed) will also face obstacles. Some obstacles may be minor (getting the right hair products, sticking with a hair care regimen). Other obstacles may be more challenging (tailoring a diet to achieve optimal results and finding a way to afford supplements that further support hair growth). Other obstacles may be extremely challenging (hormonal imbalances, certain types of alopecia, or other health issues). Finally, a few obstacles (like being genetically predisposed to having shorter hair) make it almost impossible to grown hair beyond a certain length.
If a person is not genetically predisposed to having long, thick hair, they may have to put in a ton of work to get it, but it may be possible and it may be worth it to them. HOW to achieve it will require an in-depth approach, informed approach because they may face one obstacle or many.

Working hard takes commitment and focus. Natural abilities require less effort. Regardless, the end result for a hard worker and a Natural talent is the same.

Exactly so, even though someone's genetics may allow them to grow and maintain long hair without much effort, the same results can be attained by another's hard-working consistently.

Great video Sam and thank you so much for teaching us how to maintain our hair. The one thing I noticed, outside of using your shea Butter recipe was, I had a medical emergency that landed me in the hospital and one thing I was told I had to do in order for that not to help again was drinking WATER! I have to drink at least 72oz per day along with Gatorade and it was then that I noticed (when I took my hair down to shampoo it) I was shocked at how much my hair had grown. My hair had never grown that much and it was because of the increase in...WATER! Drink up, guys!

Try adding fruits or juice concentrate (if you don't mind it ) you can also try sparkling water and lemon with honey (tastes like soda) these are my favourite ways to spice up water

There can be multiple reasons for hair growth or lack of hair growth. One reason most people forget to mention is weather climate. Do what you can do for your hair, but don’t become obsessed or too despondent when it’s not responding in the way you wish it to, especially after so much effort.
Enjoy the journey, increase your knowledge and have fun. It’s just hair in the end 😊.

I believe you have great advice regarding setting realistic goals for healthy hair growth and the dynamics of how hair actually grows. Your advice is very appreciated. I do want to touch base on the dietary goals that was suggested. Many people can't eat a diet comprised of fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables are usually high in sugar and carbohydrates that could cause issues for the metabolically unhealthy ( diabetes) I noticed you're very active and work out so fruit and vegetables is probably optimal for you. I was a vegetarian for many years and it devastated my health along with my hair ( thin, brittle) and nails. Now my diet is compromised of eggs, beef, lamb, seafood and chicken occasionally. Animal fats and proteins are essential for health simply because many of us are poor converters sustaining minimal nutrients from fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables don't suffice for iron, magnesium, zinc, potassium, vitamin c ( yes beef has vitamin c) saturated fats, and other elements/minerals our bodies need. I wouldn't suggest everyone to eat like me but since the beginning of this year I can honestly tell you my hair is shiny, manageable and thickened since making those changes. My energy level is fantastic along with a 70 lb weight loss. I'm not anti plant based but if you begin to really do the research about what is a natural diet for humans, especially women ( we need healthy saturated fats, iron, and protein for reproduction) you'll begin to see folks got a lot of things wrong about what is actually healthy to thrive. Take care and God bless... looking forward to your next two videos 💜💜

It looks like beads just knots/ I finger come it and keep it oil. I make sure it don’t get dry and I keep in plaits and take and down every two weeks and redo it. I had thyroid treatment so now I don’t have issues with my thyroid anymore. I eat healtty so I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I’m also using rosemary and peppermint oil.
