Girl I glad Ella is supportive to you,I also have anxiety and I am dog sitting for my niece who is in Paris on a family vacation,taking care and interacting with dog is soothing and provides comfort to me

I struggle with anxiety too and my dog we had had since I was 4 recently passed away. Animals support and heal us in ways no one else can. They give us comfort and unconditional love. You do WHATEVER works for you babe don’t let anybody else minimize your struggles or how you choose to cope with them. We love you 🩵
I am a therapist… if someone says they need an ESA a therapist will sign that usually no matter what, doesn’t matter the age of the animal, type of animal, even the reasons. YOU ARE SO SO SO VALID. You DO NOT need to explain yourself to others who don’t even know the rules of an ESA vs a service animal hahaha keep that baby where ever you go 🥰🥰 if she’s needed for you then perioddddd
Even though I am not a therapist, I am in total agreement with your assessment. Plus, if there have been no noise complaints in all their apartments, then there is no issue. Some people just want to be negative. Hence, the need for animals to keep us balanced.

I get you! I’m trying so hard to not let my moments of hyper productivity or lack of productivity to affect my emotions towards myself.
If I do too much > I have no time for myself
If I do relax and take time for myself > I feel guilty for not getting shit done.

thank you for being real about like waist size ana. Idk why fitness influencers lie and tell ppl they can change their body shape. You really can’t. Like you said, you can do things to minimize your waist or give more of an illusion. But if you genetically don’t have an hourglass shape you most likely won’t. I also feel like western culture especially pushes hustle culture and working until you burn out. So if you’re not, you feel like you’re doing nothing which is awful. I had this happen to be and the burnout lasted 6 months and costed me a lot. We will all have busy days. But don’t burn yourself out bc the consequences will be brutal ♥️

Whoever commented that just know you are seeing a video that is a 5~10 minute clip at most of hours what goes on behind the scenes that is cut and edited out. To assume such negativity for an account that is clearly about keeping good vibes and positivity is just spiteful and bitter.

I'm a leasing agent and a lot of people have their pets registered as ESA's even very aggressive dog breeds and despite the pets causing damage in the apartments and costing us more money in the long run I still have never judged or questioned anyone for having an ESA for any reason. Even if the animal is providing you a small level of comfort that is more than enough reason to be able to bring your pet with you whereever you go. I do not understand people that care about things that do not affect them and are none of their business.
