Agree with you Ana about staying in Minnesota. It’s not all bad like I used to think when I was younger, but I did make that move to AZ. I honestly love it and the weather and the winter months are like a nice Minnesota summer, to be able to hike and go outside changes my whole mood for the rest of the day! Still miss home and a true Minnesotan at heart ❤😂

YES I can see how that may have affected you two in the wrong way being that people these days are so focus on a certain image or wanting it so badly and most of the time it should feel like a mini task that CAN be completed for your mental health like it's optional. And I am so glad I am able to see that within the both of you it helps people and younger viewers like myself really understand what it means to just love yourself, learn more and WANT better education as well as checking off other boxes and just remind themselves that it takes people a lot of effort to even GET to the gym. At the end of the day getting there was always the hardest part and if you know you could get there and accomplish that, people shouldn't make themselves want to go everyday or post everyday. Only if it is needed for them to maybe gain that confidence or complete that simple task that people could check off without forcing themselves to complete or make it to this CERTAIN body type. You guys have a great and better way of elaborating on these topics but that was just my input. I do agree I think we should all not treat it as our main goal of looking a certain way.
