If you go through the cmd prompt method and want to undo it copy/past this cmd:
    reg delete "HKCU\Software\Classes\CLSID\{86ca1aa0-34aa-4e8b-a509-50c905bae2a2}\InprocServer32" /f /ve
It's the exact same one from the description but instead of adding what it added it'll remove it and turn it back to normal. Again you will have to restart your computer

Truly amazing how Microsoft's UI/UX team managed to add all the things I will never use to the default right click menu, and hide all the ones I will use.

Pro tip, if for whatever reason you can't or do not want to restart your computer but would like the changes to be applied, you can open "task manager" select "Show details" and then navigate to the bottom of the application and you'll see "File explorer" you can right click it and press "restart" and it will reload windows explorer and apply the change, I hope that helps! Although a restart is always recommended, you can use this as a stop gap to get you to a point where you can restart, same goes for file explorer bugs.

Thanks, it worked like a charm in Windows 11 22H2. Gave you a like 👍. This one, not showing all the installed programs by default at the start menu and not having an option to make icons smaller at the task bar are three changes that I REALLY disliked from Windows 11. I hope Microsoft does something about this in future updates.
