    Hardees was definitely a chain that put an end to some of these burger chains. Now Hardees is slowly starting to fall apart as well. Burger King is in serious trouble by closing down hundreds of locations and could soon be gone for good. That will leave McDonald's, Wendy's, and Five Guys as the big fast-food burger chains, while some of the other regional burger chains are slowly growing across the US.

      Here in my small town, there are 2 McDonald’s, 2 Burger Kings and, 2 Taco Bells and, we have a White Castle’s and, they brought back Hardee’s over 3 yrs ago! Not a fan of a Hardee’s it just isn’t as good as they were in the beginning, Hardee’s at the time took over Burger Chef! Burger Chef was one of the best fast food Burger Chains out there!

    • @BabbleTop
      @BabbleTop  10 месяцев назад +1

      @Matthew Jicha The fast-food industry is a dynamic and ever-changing landscape, where the rise and fall of different chains reflect evolving consumer preferences and market trends. Hardee's was a significant player in this realm, having made a notable impact on the scene. However, as you mentioned, even established chains like Hardee's can eventually face challenges. In recent years, Hardee's has experienced its own set of trials, which is a common occurrence in a highly competitive industry.😔

    Although I am a 2000s kid, I've heard so many good things about Burger Chef, and I wish the chain could've survived. Burger Chef himself was voiced first by Paul Winchell [Tigger, and ironically almost all of the 70s characters for the rival chain Jack In The Box] then by Hal Smith. Lionel Wilson, voice of Tom Terrific of Terrytoons [as well as Eustace from Courage the Cowardly Dog] voiced Jeff. Can I suggest a "What Jack In The Box Was Like In The 70s" video idea? Because the chain looked so different [and arguably better IMO] and had more colorful buildings and signs. Also tons of cool merch. There were a few jingles [making one of JITB's current ads hypocritical], including "We've Got A Hunch You'll Like The Bunch At The Jack In The Box", "Take Life A Little Easier" and they also have a few slogans roasting Mcdonald's before Wendy's did: "Watch Out Mcdonald's", and "Watch Out Mac, Here Comes Jack". And there were also animated ads, featuring a more clown-y, more cartoonish Jack as well as his friends: Onion Ring Thing, Small Fry, Hamburgermeister, The Shakes, and Secret Sauce Agent. There was also a female character years before Mcdonald's had Birdie, and in the comics, we saw Jack's uncle Trillby. Paul Winchell, voice of Tigger, Jerry Mahoney, and the aforementioned Burger Chef, did most of the voices. Sadly, there are only three animated commercials [Baseball, In The Park, Jack In The Box Animated Commercial 1970s], but we thankfully also have the three comics with records [How A House Makes Noise, Where Oil Comes From, How Pain Helps Us] on RUclips. I feel like some voice clips of the characters should be included in the video so the audience can hear what 70s era Jack sounded like, as well as how Onion Ring Thing sounds almost exactly like Tigger!

      @MuppetsRetroFan88 It's great that you're interested in exploring the history and evolution of fast-food chains like Jack in the Box, especially their 1970s era. ❤️These are some responses and ideas to consider when discussing the potential video topic of Jack in the Box's 1970s era. It sounds like a great idea, and I'm sure many people would enjoy watching it! 🍔📺
