    Hello
My nephew filed I-589 application to the USCIS and immigration court about 3 months ago. The clock is on. However, he didn't send I-589 to Nebraska. Is it too late to send it now?
    His case is still pending.
    Thanks

No, it's not too late. He should do so now. The good news is that this won't affect his ability to get an EAD - what matters is the date on which the court accepted the application, not the date on which Nebraska receives it.
