Used it for one trip, almost lost a bike, twice! On the way to our destination the cross bar rattled loose so the whole bike was flopping around pretty good plus the support that holds the front wheel had slipped down! This was possibly my own fault for not checking tightness after putting on some mileage with a new assembly . On the return home everything remained tight but the front wheel support, which holds the bike upright and on the carrier, had bent allowing the rear bike to lean out on almost a 45 degree angle! There was no gravel roads but the road did have some little dips and bumps, rack was mounted on the back of my 5th wheel . Returned it to the vendor
You don't know squat about a messy garage. Your car is in yours! :) What is keeping the bike from falling over? I see the front bar holding the front wheel , but can the handlebars twist and the bike fall sideways?
I use a bungy cord strap around the middle vertical support arm of the bike rack and the bike. Keeps it in place better. Also the front support arm must be secured very tight and high up on the tire.
Very nice video I know you mentioned Rad Rover 5 & 6 fit, but how do you know? The 6 plus I have is a little longer. Will that allow the longer RR 6 plus with the longer length rake really fit? Also I'll have to look for an adapter to have KBO hitch mount for into my 1 1/4 inch hitch on my smaller car. Hopefully it will work.
whats with all the noises and huffing and puffing?? Its only an e-bike. It may be a bit awkward but not a reason to make all of those straining noises.....

My ebike (sur ron) weighs in at 125#'s, so ramp style needed.
Thx f/posting ~
@2:52 random dad farts… classic! Nice air on that.
Nive! I have the same hitch. I recommend putting the front tire first, then carrying the back tire up, much easier.
Good tip!

oh no. I was thinking to purchase for my 5th wheel. Did you go with another brand? we have 2 fat tire ebikes.
Does it have a ramp?? Need ramp
Just like to comment your garage is spotless… compared to most.
I bought the rack from KBO for my KBO Breeze and KBO Breeze ST.
Fantastic transporting my ebikes.
Notice: Please remove the batteries before mounting ebikes to the rack and don't use it on any RV, trailer, fifth wheel, or towed vehicle

Any problems with the rack obscuring the license plate and lights?
we have this rack for our Rad City 3 step-thrus - works great - been across the USA with it
What is the manufacturer and model number of the rack? Thanks
Been searching for a rack for a while, this looks promising. Great review! Think it'll work with a Aventon Aventure step through?? 🤞
That Sucks
Is this Rack good to go on the back of an RV?
It would be perfect for that!
Very nice video

How do you lock it?
What is the maximum weight capacity
160 pounds
Looks like the rack moves from side to side alot. Not good.
It doesn't when you get it fully set up. It's really hard to put together something for the first time, film it and make it perfect. :)
Is there an integrated lock on the bike rack?
No, but you could easily put a lock on it.

Sorry about that. It was flipping hot and I was sick.
Some e bikes are over 70lb, not all bikes are the same. Think a bit outside your sphere of experience.
