It can be challenging to find your purpose in life when life is very hectic! I did not find my purpose until I was putting the pieces back together after a lot of personal trauma. I have found that purpose is at the intersection of your lessons learned in life, gifts, talents, and how you can be of service to people. Do some grounding exercises to disrupt thoughts/thinking and go inward to see how they connect. If you want to talk more lmk!
