I LOVE THIS!!!! I don't normally have the patience or attention span to sit through videos such as this one, but I could not help but be drawn in by Caroline's presence. She is an amazing public speaker and her words are so powerful, useful, and motivational. A clip from this video was shared with me, but I had to come here to watch the full thing. Found Caroline in light of the news of her transition to interim CEO at Essence (circumstances aren't ideal, but huge congratulations!! You are exactly where you need to be. And your dad should be proud...although he might expect you to become the majority stakeholder, too 😂). Anyhow, I saw the 5 minute FB snippet of this video and was like...NAH. I need the whole meal. This was SO good. You're hilarious, energy on a zillion, and you dropped gem after gem after GEM. Thank you for bringing your whole self, and also reminding folks that no one will care "who you are" if you don't first do your job...and do it well.
