FPV drones fly well thanks to extensive filtering on gyro signal. Without it, the flight performance we are accustomed to would be impossible. Gyro noise means it either shakes and overheats all the time, or you need to lower P and D gains considerably. In this video let’s dive into main types of filters used in our flight controllers like Betaflight, what they do and how.
Notice: this is re-edited version of a video from 2017. It might be old, but still has a lot of valuable information! Quite unique too. Comparing to the original, it was shortened by a few minutes to remove some boring and not really important parts.

At about 9:43 you talk about the Flight Controller Loop Time. Where are those settings in iNav 7.1.2.?

For permanent airmode to be enabled does braking in esc settings need to be off?
