🛣️ Road Trip Tips for Campervan Users:
Best time to visit: April to September for mild weather and longer daylight.
Plan your route in advance, as some areas have narrow single-track roads.
Stock up on essentials in Stornoway or Balivanich, as shops are scarce in remote areas.

Looks lovely. I’ve been to the Highlands loads of times, Mull, Skye etc but never the Outer Hebrides. Landing on the beach reminded me of flying FIGAS (Falkland Islands Government Air Service) in the mid 90’s when I was down there with the RAF. Great times.
Thanks for sharing! The outer Hebrides are special 🙏
Remember sitting in the carpark watching the plane land and take off. Crazy place which has it seems to have become a must do when visting Barra. Airport has a terrific baggage collection point, a bus shelter along side the tower.
It’s such a unique place isn’t it? ☺️
We woke up one early morning on the North Island of New Zealand to our campervan rocking back and forth. As we peered out the window we saw cows licking the windows and the van! Similar to another comment, we’ve been told that they like the salt 😊
Cheers mate,
Menekse and James
That is awesome! Also slightly terrifying 😂
Great guide Thank You Robbie. The building might have been a Bothy. Or could be turned into a Bothy. These are free places to stay, and are maintained by the Bothy association.
@@stevenweaver9753 I was thinking that but it was in a really bad inhabitable way ☺️
