Hi i got carrot cake recipe but is heavy ,, , in fact the carrot cake recipe: yours an her recipe is same but she uses butter and u used oil i dont like dense cakes i dont like heavy cakes, be it carrot cake be it choc cake or anything else , so therefore i prefer light fluffy an moist cakes so for sometime now im looking for light fluffy an moist carrot cake im not sure if yours is the 1 , il definitely try yours as im looking for fluffy an moist carrot for a while now, although im little lost as u mentioned that i should not double recipe so im not sure if you said il use recipe 2egg an 1cup flour an 2 teaspoon baking powder etc etc an use portion of batter an bake an once thats ready bake remaining or u meant bake whole an then make another
Hi can i use butter melted to substitute oil as i got butter on hand an can i use my 1× 28cm round springform pan and do i double recipe an wats the bake time an also im not fan of icing can i have plain wil it b delicious stil
@@mehjabeenjable3632 Hi, you will need to use oil as it keeps the cake moist, you can use your 28cm pan - but make 2 cakes as I don’t think the cake will be thick enough to cut (don’t double it, make one cake first and see if it can slice in half, if not then make another) The icing you can have plain but it won’t resemble a carrot cake, carrot cake icing is usually with cream cheese
Yup, that's what makes it a carrot cake. My advice whenever you want to do a recipe is be sure to get the ingredients before hand because when you do skip on that you won't end up with the delicious end result and in turn that's going to demotivate you from trying out something else. So yes please get the spices 😅
