+Marc Holloway Yes, it is illegal to hack. However, what will they do about it? Nothing. Someone ought to write a worm, hydra or something that'll kill all the nodes on their network.
One thing I have to ask. When they tell you that they are Microsoft Certified why don't you ask them for their certification number. A real certified tech would gladly give you the number and wait while you check with Microsoft to verify that the tech is Microsoft certified. I've worked for many computer companies that deal with certified techs and we always asked for the number to verify the validity.
I am just wondering what you think this would do .. All they have to do is 1 .. make up a number or 2 .. acquire a Valid number from a REAL certified tech because according to you a real tech would simply provide their number so it would be no secret ... and then everyone in India / / would use that ' Valid ' Id as their ID and they would all become legit in your eyes because they had a number that says they are certified.... Maybe you realized how silly that was after you typed it out.
One of my favourite parts about these videos is when Jim asks the scammer the time and they always reply with “wait a minute” and then the sound of furious keyboard smashing.

Jim I like your exposing scammers and how you really challenge them. It actually surprises me that they don't give up and admit their scam. It also saddens me to know that so many people still fall into a scammers trap.
Keep up the good work and hopefully more people can be made aware.

cool profile pic.
ohhh I forgot the /s
Honestly mate, you're a good person.
Everyone has a story of a close friend or family member being scammed by these vultures. They deserve the upmost public embarrassment, to be indefinitely labelled a fraudulent criminal, and to be shamed and exposed within their society by their angry and embarrassed peers.
Thank you for being an intelligent, proactive human being while the rest of us just scream obscenities at these delinquents.
Jim Browning I got a call from a scammer who claims to be from Microsoft. They kept calling me again and again.
They want you to pay for 5 year tech support? The so called legit company may not even exist in 5 years. Please folks, even if it isn't a scam, why pay for this?
‘The thing that we did to the thing meant it caught the Trojan things but still be careful about the things’.
Yep. Makes sense.
This guy asks tougher questions than our viva exams. 😂
I love to treasure hunt for Jim Browning scam calls. Jim is a hero to us seasoned citizens. My hunt will continue because the reward is an outstanding product! Thank you as airways Jim. I'm going to find a way to support your efforts. And thank you for not using foul language that is riddled with other scam baiters
The funniest part was him asking what time it was and telling him he was going to look it up. You can literally hear him typing in the background. Lol
i appreciate the nervous voice crack at 12:10
At least someone is taking action! All the way vigilante!
He deadass pounded on his keyboard loud enough to hear after you asked what time it is
I love your fox or wolf background, Jim : D
well done jim we all feel safer now keep em rolling .
"Like let me explain it to you... there were Trojan Horses in it." How deceptively prophylactic of him.
Let explain you..let me explain you..lolololol
Exposed them so much fun to watch as well just started watching you little bit week ago, because that accent man was trying scam me on my cell watching you really help look out for
He’s like “thankyou for using Vsupport and then Jim says “thankyou for choosing scammers in Mumbai” lol
i was half expecting him to say Thank you, come again!
For some reason i hope that i get called by a callcenter like this, i'd love it to play around with them and annoy them for as long as possible. 😂
Much love Jim
you are incredible
..all the downvotes you get in your videos must be from scammers themselves
you are one of the greatest people in the world because of these pieces of justice you perform.
Repeating something doesn't change the truth
Repeating something doesn't change the truth
Somewhere within 12:00, the scammer’s voice cracked. When he was saying “when you are paying for something...” He’s getting nervous.
You can hear the scammer's voice breaking towards the end
I got called from one of these centres trying to sell me "death insurance". I don't know about there, but here we call it "life insurance" so I was immediately tipped off. I told them it they were too late because I was already dead. They of course didn't believe me, but I kept up insisting that I was, and the eventually gave up. It was fun wasting their time and delaying them from scamming other people. 🤣
Jim, you are so laid back I intend to record your voice to listen to when I'm stressed. Can you do a couple of book readings or a Shakespeare sonnet. Please, pretty please 🙏🙋 Beautiful intonation & clarity. I'm almost tempted to rig a pop-up scam call centre & hope you call. *grins*

Genius idea. 💡
ASMR: You're a tech support scammer and Jim Browning tells you off
I’m here 4 years later and guys beware this guy could dismantle TWO scams if he wanted to in under an hour or something
It's almost like these people actually believe they're providing a legit service....Tell yourself something over and over again and you believe it to be true lol....Great work jim! :-)
I got a phone call from these guys they called themselves ITAssist and I didn't fall for their crap and called them out. I lead them on for 10 mins then asked them if they would talk to my cousin police inspector so and so PSNI computer fraud branch they hung up lol Thankyou for all you do jim
Yay! A new video! I love it when you post.
Thank you again - from the USA - for doing what you do. I know when a call is a scammer. But I also know that there are many people who don’t know. You are truly a hero (among a few others Kitboga, Trilogy Media, ScammerRevolts) Thank you again
I love these videos dude , they always make me laugh
I get cold calls from 1-800 numbers all the time. I usually hang up, but you inspired me to answer with, "Thank you for calling Microsoft customer support, how may I help you?"
Never trust Sandeep.
Master Jedi Sam or even worse an Indian named John Smith!
The one guy you don't want to mess with.
