That is the WiFiMan App. With Android, you can just run the app and analyze your Wi-Fi. With iPhone you need the UniFi Wifiman wizard since Apple doesn’t allow Wi-Fi analyzers.
@@SteveN-sy4bm you can create an account with Ubiquiti's design center and simulate the network. Upload/draw your house wall layout and play with both types of walls to see how strenght of the signal weakens.

They are great APs. I like the U6 Pros just a much. Either would be a great option for you.
This is also a great access point to have say under the roof of the patio if you have a large outdoor area on your property.

This test is only for USA paper buildings. For all non usa buildings with solid bricks and steel concrete dont work.

So how do we look at tougher wall surfaces like old plaster (cement) walls and concrete basements? Old houses need good WiFi too❤
