Wow, like I'm John. My kids always laugh at me when I talk about nature. Sometimes I take them for a walk and try to get them to notice how the sun shines on the trees with the shadows and then the birds you hear chirping that make everything even more intense putting you in a certain state , one with nature. One time, I was so absorbed in my surroundings that I forgot everything, even my own body, it was like my feelings went away and there was only my mind observing and being one with everything around it. So indeed I see myself as John. Thank you.
I can relate to this whole story. I am 65 years old. For MANY years my life was nothing but a repeating pattern. (Wake up, go to work, come home, go to bed. Pay bills, run errands, etc) I recall asking myself many times... "Is this all there is to life??!!??" I started questioning so many things about my existing life. Then in 2015, I lost 2 daughters and my dad. I was forced to wake up from my slumber and to re-evaluate EVERYTHING. To appreciate my own life.... to appreciate the little things.... to value each day, to not take anything or anyone for granted. To see beauty that has always been right in front of me such as nature, a sunset, the rain, snow flakes and the list goes on and on. I look at people in a whole new way. There is beauty in all our colors, shapes and sizes. But most of all I came to appreciate *LOVE*. That's why we are here folks. Sprinkle that stuff everywhere. Go out of your way to show kindness to strangers. The rewards are great.......

Yes! That's what I was thinking about. I have had that philosophy implanted since the 70s. I had that book by Ram Dass. I still get sad and anxious but the cure is to focus outside the thoughts of the future or past and just be in this moment. Love it. ❤ ✌🏽
This morning I took my little dog for a walk in the park. It was a beautiful morning. Cool, with a gentle breeze. I was in the present moment, enjoying the simple things that made me wear a peaceful smile. I passed a young woman pushing a stroller, going in the opposite direction. She smiled at me. Not just a friendly greeting smile, but a knowing smile. Nothing needed to be said as we went on our way. I knew we had connected on a spiritual level - a sweet little gift from the Universe.
Thankfully it was a lady you encountered and not an aggressive knife wielding illegal immigrant. It could have been an entirely different outcome had it been. Life isn't just about watching flowers bloom, it's about living in practical reality too.
I’m a 14 years old christian and I just noticed it after many deep thinkings The key to a happy life is to seek meaning with courage and live in the present For that tomorrow is never guaranteed No matter how hard you plan everything God can still remove it and replace it with His plan His plans might not be peaceful but will be the best for growth I’m grateful to have Him in my life

I can relate to this story 100%, it couldn’t have been described better. And when I try to share my experience nobody seems to care and is just too busy with “life”. I’m only 30 year old but had a blissful moment out of nowhere which made me realize that there is something bigger and more loving than anything else, but our constant stream of thinking, conditioning, judgment, ego, doesn’t let us feel that anymore, as we are so caught up with work and egos. I am so grateful to god for showing me a glimpse of this side, the eternal present moment, I can no longer be the same. My life has improved drastically ever since and I feel like an inner shift happened. While nobody seems to care about my lesson, I will focus on my self journey and regularly meditate to connect again with God and higher consciousness
Happiness eludes us because we look for it in the future instead of opening our eyes, ears and hearts to soak in the beauty around us. All that we have is right here and right now. Each moment counts if we have the right attitude.
Nah, live for the present I say. Be thankful for what you have, and not for what you have no choice in having. Walking through the park through autumn leaves, saying hello to someone you pass, and having a chat and a smile. I’m just glad to wake up every morning, and still be here. I'm 66 but I've been like this for years, noticing the simple things, and finding exquisite joy in nature, and animals, and loving them. But... people, work, worries... they all get in the way. People. It's always people that ruin everything. If only all human beings were kind and not determined to destroy others. Everything is rush rush rush, stuck to phones and deadlines and others trying to subjugate everyone. We have been gifted a beautiful planet but mankind doesn't deserve it.
Wow what a synchronization, I normally come to the family hotel business with my dad, and most of the time iam busy trying to be busy, today I decided to bring nothing to work, I decided to watch inspirational videos on my phone, the more I watched, the more I realised I was distracting myself from an event that had disappointed me, one video kept talking about how time was an illusion so I removed my watch, another was about joy in simplicity, I decided to take a walk in the garden, I saw a butterfly flutter by and beautiful flowers, I picked one orange flower and headed to one of the benches under a tree... I sat and Removed my shoes and I put my feet in the grass it felt good, I noticed the flower as it was... It was beautiful and I kept seeing designs that could come out of it... After that I went and stood in the mirror and I smiled, I still have that image in my mind, the most beautiful being I had ever laid my eyes on... When I came back, and when I sat on my phone this video showed up😂😂😂😂❤❤❤❤

I had my awakening in Maui Nov 2022. I'll never forget that morning when everything changed for me. It's interesting how the spirts find you rather than you going searching for it. If you have an open mind, willing to let it happen to you, it will. I'm in a much better place now with life.
Happiness is an inside job. I’ve spent a lot of time this year doing that and working on healing my past traumas and beliefs. I’ve come to a very magical place. And the one thing that’s the thief of joy is not living in the present.

I am on my 33 years of age and I can say that I did some of this what i have watched in the video. Everytime I prayed, i always thank God for the Simple things that I have in life. Like the people around me, the water, electricity, air, trees, soil and so on. You know it feels so good there's Peace within.

Extremely beautiful story .Its about embracing and appreciating the small things around us. A small change does make a difference , it's just how you see and comprehend those things. Finding peace actually is related to finding wht makes u happy. Money? Goals? Time with friends ? Maybe anything but there sure is one which is observing the environment around us .Take a brief moment and go to a place where u have never been and see the place around you make sure its not a busy crowded area . Life is all about aspirations , friends who appreciate your presence , exploring new things , not overthinking what others think . It sure is wisdom .Wisdom can only be applied by comprehensive learning , enjoying and making those wisdom at your use. Sure includes helping those who are willing to elevate. Explore the world ,Confinement kills the joy and divert your mind towards negative aspects.It overshadows the small things which are prominent to you.
I too had a hole in my heart. I tried filling it with alcohol, material possessions, sex, and just being “a good guy” but none of them filled the hole. I last thought love of a woman and marriage would fill the hole. She dumped me 7 days before the wedding. I was at an all time low with tears streaming down my face I drove home. Coming over a hilltop I was confronted with the most beautiful rainbow I had ever seen. A still small voice spoke to my heart “Choose me and you will never have to cry like that ever again.” I knew it was the voice of God. That next Sunday I heard a guest speaker at my church explain about what giving your heart and life to Jesus was. I finally understood that nothing in life will truly fill the hole in your heart except asking Jesus to forgive me, turn from my sinful ways, and open the closet of my heart for Him to sweep it clean and make his home there. It filled the hole and having him to be Lord of my life has taken me through good times and bad. It was the best decision I have ever made. I know where I came from, why I am here, and where I am going when I die. You too can know the peace that passes all understanding.

I have always tried to live like this since I was a child. I think having a near death experience after a motorcycle accident when I was 23 helped me a young adult appreciate each day of still being here to live in the moment 😊
This is precious. I read this week the excercises 1 and 2 in The Course In Miracles. It said simething like the thoughts in your mind do not mean anything. It was revolutionary. I found instant joy. This video carries the same message. Happiness is in the present. Ignore your thoughts.
I looooooove this. I soooooo feel this exact way. The new relationships have not started yet. Yes, it feels like the magic has disappeared, but I know it hasn't. It is like, "whats next?" Yes 6:39 i must embody what I have learned. I need to feel more CONFIDENCE. I feel no one understands. 7:39 until this video. I take psych meds that are nervous system stimulants AND I AM SO TIIIRED! 8:29 I do have a different perception on everything. This video is AWESOME!! 9:17 Thank you so much. I still LOVE meditating and feeling VERY BEAUTIFUL HIGH ENERGY THOUGH. I almost feel like, I wish I could stay in "the field"(I call it) and not open my eyes back to REALITY. I feel LAZY and I am in total ISOLATION. When I do go out in public or just this last Thanksgiving day, I went to see my family for two nights AND I COULD NOT STOP TALKING!! ABOUT EVERYTHING "SPIRITUAL". I felt so smart, but the stuff i tried to explain came out so CRAZY sounding, kind of, I guess. I just wanted EVERYONE to feel the same way I do and i am willing to help get them there, but they dont want to MEDITATE and feel the amazing feeling that you get from meditation. I am like,"WHY?"(even my three adult children). I feel exactly how this video says i shoulf feel and i look forward to being in tge "state of being" that this video says, I shall "BE" in. I too, since the whole "covid" thing, learned to enjoy all of God's creation! I've never been more at peace with everything, including man's delusions of grandeur creations and how we think we can make things better than what God has created... this to will pass.
I am connected and fulfilled with the birds that sings and shower me with the the birds shower and that visits me almost daily in daily baths. I am enjoying the many gifts of the universe. Thank you! .

Maybe I’m just old (63) but all the stuff about watching, being, absorbeing, watching flower, being in nature etc …think a lot of issues are due to approaching 2nd generation of children not playing outside. We have become disconnected from nature, but we are nature. Peace to all🙏🏿🙏🏾🙏🏼

I remember when my ex and I used to go to Yosemite. I had never been before we had started dating and I was in my 50's... But I felt such peace and wonder each time. But it doesn't take a two hour drive to discover peace all around you.❤❤❤❤❤ ❤❤
John sounds like myself. The anxiety I use to go thru with money and paying Bills was my Life. Lately (been going thru chosen 1 for yrs now) I do not give it a thought. Hiking to the radio towers M-F is my Life, what I look forward to.................Animals both wild and domestic are now my true friends, not people. Yesterday, seen 4 Deer, mom, dad and 2 babies, it is like they know me, I got very close before they walked away. Had a wild Coyote walk up to me once for a petting.

I don't know if people are smart or not. We are at the mercy of trivial things and people, and fight trivial battles against them. We buy a lot of things we don't really need and are momentarily satisfied. You waste time without realizing you have more important things to do. I'm old when I realize it. I finally realized it when I came to the latter half of my life. Let's travel inside ourselves and realize who we are. And when we live according to our true nature, we can all live vibrantly. I don't try to be someone else. I am already enough on my own.
If we are not experiencing it all first hand, there is a window or a middle-man inbetween us and it. Either we are following teachers, scriptures, cult-ures, traditions or the way's of the backwards society we are born into, we are following just another feeling towards the same thing that we are experiencing ourselves right here in this very now, in our slightly different but still same imperfect now. When learning any kind of passed down information no matter where on the spectrum of truth it is ranging, we are by doing so un-learning ourselves whilst adopting someone else's inner stance, which with time will make us, our inner being, into more of a copy than an actual self. Life is live, feel, learn and re-remember and the life we live is the teacher itself, where by living it we should be growing into living books of knowledge, if we actually live it for ourselves. We are both the teacher and the student, as we are both the observer and the one who project's the moving picture which appears infront of us and which we dive into each new day when we open our eyes and the camera is again for us, rolling. We are all playing a lead-role in a meaningless story called life. Meaningless until we give it our meaning & all throughout life we will be acting as each others mirrors as well, reflecting all the greatness but also high-lighting our shadow which is somthing we are taught to brush under the carpet and be ashamed of. Everything felt is a signal and we are the emotion, the energy in motion, meaning we should be grateful for all interaction with life as there is a teacher in absolutely everything. When breaking it down, all we truly have is our energy and together with our energy all we truly need in this life is good health & good morals and with that we'll become the fine-tuned instrument we are meant to be in order to free our minds & express ourselves properly. let the caged bird fly! Follow no one who wishes followers but lend an ear to the one's who encourage you to live your life for you and to walk your own path. Only by doing so we'll truly get to know who we are and what we are truly here for. We already have it all and we are already here. We need no middle-man in order to stay connected to ourselves. At our very core we are one energy, one mind, one wave...we are it. We are consiousness split up in individual pieces. We are all born out of it and given a slightly different perspective to take in the experience with for a reason. So not to fall for false light and for us to walk our own unique path. Saying that though, we can not escape what we are not first aware of. We are all god's until it finds a way to change the mind. 💜

When you have an enlightenment at a young age--like a terrible disease which destroys all your plans and hopes, which will last all your life and probably kill you before your time, it changes you. Dirty dishes in the sink don't matter. Your clothes, or money or car doesn't matter. Spending every moment with your child, taking him to the park each day, or planning family fun times become the most important. Once you learn to manage your disease a little bit, and you don't seem in immediate danger of dying anytime soon, then you find whatever gives you joy, and do that with all your heart. music, art, whatever your dream and goals are. A terrible disease from a young age is truly tragic. But i never would have lived like each day was my last without it.

The key to a happy life is to seek meaning with courage and live in the present
For that tomorrow is never guaranteed
No matter how hard you plan everything
God can still remove it and replace it with His plan
His plans might not be peaceful but will be the best for growth

I can relate to this story 100%, it couldn’t have been described better. And when I try to share my experience nobody seems to care and is just too busy with “life”. I’m only 30 year old but had a blissful moment out of nowhere which made me realize that there is something bigger and more loving than anything else, but our constant stream of thinking, conditioning, judgment, ego, doesn’t let us feel that anymore, as we are so caught up with work and egos.
I am so grateful to god for showing me a glimpse of this side, the eternal present moment, I can no longer be the same. My life has improved drastically ever since and I feel like an inner shift happened. While nobody seems to care about my lesson, I will focus on my self journey and regularly meditate to connect again with God and higher consciousness

I'm 66 but I've been like this for years, noticing the simple things, and finding exquisite joy in nature, and animals, and loving them. But... people, work, worries... they all get in the way. People. It's always people that ruin everything. If only all human beings were kind and not determined to destroy others. Everything is rush rush rush, stuck to phones and deadlines and others trying to subjugate everyone. We have been gifted a beautiful planet but mankind doesn't deserve it.

Wow what a synchronization, I normally come to the family hotel business with my dad, and most of the time iam busy trying to be busy, today I decided to bring nothing to work, I decided to watch inspirational videos on my phone, the more I watched, the more I realised I was distracting myself from an event that had disappointed me, one video kept talking about how time was an illusion so I removed my watch, another was about joy in simplicity, I decided to take a walk in the garden, I saw a butterfly flutter by and beautiful flowers, I picked one orange flower and headed to one of the benches under a tree... I sat and Removed my shoes and I put my feet in the grass it felt good, I noticed the flower as it was... It was beautiful and I kept seeing designs that could come out of it... After that I went and stood in the mirror and I smiled, I still have that image in my mind, the most beautiful being I had ever laid my eyes on... When I came back, and when I sat on my phone this video showed up😂😂😂😂❤❤❤❤

The universe sends messages differently to all souls, and while the spiritual world is both amazing and your biggest struggle, the end result will be incredible!

I too had a hole in my heart. I tried filling it with alcohol, material possessions, sex, and just being “a good guy” but none of them filled the hole. I last thought love of a woman and marriage would fill the hole. She dumped me 7 days before the wedding. I was at an all time low with tears streaming down my face I drove home. Coming over a hilltop I was confronted with the most beautiful rainbow I had ever seen. A still small voice spoke to my heart “Choose me and you will never have to cry like that ever again.” I knew it was the voice of God. That next Sunday I heard a guest speaker at my church explain about what giving your heart and life to Jesus was. I finally understood that nothing in life will truly fill the hole in your heart except asking Jesus to forgive me, turn from my sinful ways, and open the closet of my heart for Him to sweep it clean and make his home there. It filled the hole and having him to be Lord of my life has taken me through good times and bad. It was the best decision I have ever made. I know where I came from, why I am here, and where I am going when I die. You too can know the peace that passes all understanding.

I have always tried to live like this since I was a child. I think having a near death experience after a motorcycle accident when I was 23 helped me a young adult appreciate each day of still being here to live in the moment 😊

I just wanted EVERYONE to feel the same way I do and i am willing to help get them there, but they dont want to MEDITATE and feel the amazing feeling that you get from meditation. I am like,"WHY?"(even my three adult children).

Maybe I’m just old (63) but all the stuff about watching, being, absorbeing, watching flower, being in nature etc …think a lot of issues are due to approaching 2nd generation of children not playing outside. We have become disconnected from nature, but we are nature. Peace to all🙏🏿🙏🏾🙏🏼

John sounds like myself. The anxiety I use to go thru with money and paying Bills was my Life. Lately (been going thru chosen 1 for yrs now) I do not give it a thought. Hiking to the radio towers M-F is my Life, what I look forward to.................Animals both wild and domestic are now my true friends, not people. Yesterday, seen 4 Deer, mom, dad and 2 babies, it is like they know me, I got very close before they walked away. Had a wild Coyote walk up to me once for a petting.
Its so lovely how the Universe works. Came across this on my feed after having a dream the night before about my own shame and regret and those feelings keeping me from being in the present moment. ❤

Magnificent *little things mean a lot* been hearing this song 🎵 for a while and this short makes it a fact when we stop and admire the lill things like a flower blooming the fragrance of a rose bud. Such wonderful feeling if connection ONE with everything
I don't know if people are smart or not.
We are at the mercy of trivial things and people, and fight trivial battles against them.
We buy a lot of things we don't really need and are momentarily satisfied.
You waste time without realizing you have more important things to do.
I'm old when I realize it.
I finally realized it when I came to the latter half of my life.
Let's travel inside ourselves and realize who we are.
And when we live according to our true nature, we can all live vibrantly.
I don't try to be someone else.
I am already enough on my own.

If we are not experiencing it all first hand, there is a window or a middle-man inbetween us and it.
Either we are following teachers, scriptures, cult-ures, traditions or the way's of the backwards society we are born into, we are following just another feeling towards the same thing that we are experiencing ourselves right here in this very now, in our slightly different but still same imperfect now.
When learning any kind of passed down information no matter where on the spectrum of truth it is ranging, we are by doing so un-learning ourselves whilst adopting someone else's inner stance, which with time will make us, our inner being, into more of a copy than an actual self.
Life is live, feel, learn and re-remember and the life we live is the teacher itself, where by living it we should be growing into living books of knowledge, if we actually live it for ourselves. We are both the teacher and the student, as we are both the observer and the one who project's the moving picture which appears infront of us and which we dive into each new day when we open our eyes and the camera is again for us, rolling.
We are all playing a lead-role in a meaningless story called life.
Meaningless until we give it our meaning & all throughout life we will be acting as each others mirrors as well, reflecting all the greatness but also high-lighting our shadow which is somthing we are taught to brush under the carpet and be ashamed of. Everything felt is a signal and we are the emotion, the energy in motion, meaning we should be grateful for all interaction with life as there is a teacher in absolutely everything.
When breaking it down, all we truly have is our energy and together with our energy all we truly need in this life is good health & good morals and with that we'll become the fine-tuned instrument we are meant to be in order to free our minds & express ourselves properly.

Follow no one who wishes followers but lend an ear to the one's who encourage you to live your life for you and to walk your own path.
Only by doing so we'll truly get to know who we are and what we are truly here for.
We already have it all and we are already here. We need no middle-man in order to stay connected to ourselves. At our very core we are one energy, one mind, one wave...we are it. We are consiousness split up in individual pieces. We are all born out of it and given a slightly different perspective to take in the experience with for a reason.
So not to fall for false light and for us to walk our own unique path.
Saying that though, we can not escape what we are not first aware of.
We are all god's until it finds a way to change the mind. 💜

When you have an enlightenment at a young age--like a terrible disease which destroys all your plans and hopes, which will last all your life and probably kill you before your time, it changes you. Dirty dishes in the sink don't matter. Your clothes, or money or car doesn't matter. Spending every moment with your child, taking him to the park each day, or planning family fun times become the most important. Once you learn to manage your disease a little bit, and you don't seem in immediate danger of dying anytime soon, then you find whatever gives you joy, and do that with all your heart. music, art, whatever your dream and goals are. A terrible disease from a young age is truly tragic. But i never would have lived like each day was my last without it.
