Our rights have been recognized as self evident based on another self evident proposition that humans have a divine aspect to them. These rights are our birthright according to the founding fathers who enshrined them in the constitution and bill of rights. These rights may be infringed upon but never taken away.
Supreme Court and lower courts have no legal constitutional authority or jurisdiction to enforce any form of gun laws whatsoever anywhere in the united states of America. The constitution prohibits them all authority to do so.
Exactly, yet we have fake pro2A RUclipsrs and fake pro2A organizations (which is basically all of them) repeating infringement-supporting garbage from SCROTUS, as though 2A says, "shall not be infringed unless SCROTUS says so." Then propaganda and control of all media, news papers and radio. Our government uses history as a road map to accomplish their goals. The roaring 20s led to the great depression, which led to ww2. WW2 led to the advancements in technology that we have today. They think it will produce the same result. The economy is roaring but, not for the average person. When it finally collapses there will be a global depression. The wars today will continue into the 30's and after WW3 ends, we should finally have colonized the Moon and sent a spaceship to Mars. lol It worked before should work again 😆

Every weapon is a weapon of war. Every rifle ever made has at some point been used as a weapon of war. Every weapon that Americans brought to war in the Revolutionary War was privately owned by the citizens that stood for independence. That there is the text, history, and tradition of the beginnings of the United States and was recognized into the Bill of Rights as the Second Amendment.
States do not have the authority to violate the US Constitution. This law, along with all laws regarding CCW permitting and owning firearms is unconstitutional. Wake up and stand up.
Every resident and nonresident of Massachusetts, who thinks they might want an LTC, they need to do it NOW. The requirements are changing very soon, right now, it’s just a single Firearm safety class, which I am enrolled in for this Sunday. As well as $100. After the change takes affect, it’ll be more than double the class time, and $600 for the class instead of the current $100 class. The NRA instructor that’s doing the class this Sunday told me now is the perfect time to do it, we got in just in time. He said everybody is doing it now, there’s such a need that he added a secondary class on the same day back to back
Glad this popped up on my feed. Well run. Toby is a great resource. Us Massachusetts gun owners are in for a fight. It'll be interesting to see how many actually come out to vote this year and in '26. I hold a slim hope that the current state administration might be just bad enough to push the state to the right, maybe not Republican majority far, but if we could crack into 1 of either the House, Senate or Governor's office, things would look very different.
GET THE HELL OUT OF THAT STATE! I thought about it and I heard what you said, about standing your ground and not running away from the fight or difficult time. I think you're right. ABSOLUTELY STAND YOUR GROUND AND FIGHT FOR WHAT IS RIGHT AND WHAT YOU BELIEVE IN AND OUR CONSTITUTION! Good for you.
No state truly respects the 2A, not even those that have similar language in their own state constitutions. Every state allows federal infringements and every state has their own infringements on the books.
@TEP90 Yeah, that's because 99% of Americans have contempt for the Constitution, and 99% (probably plus) of people who call themselves super duper pro2A absolutists support some sort of infringements, and most of them will tell you what infringements they're okay with, if you talk to them long enough. Look at the fake pro2A RUclipsrs: Fuddily Armed America - dude is a total clown who supports infringements. Fudd Boxes Diner - total clown who thinks 2A says "shall not be infringed unless SCROTUS says so" Fudd Scholar - another clown who thinks the same as Fudd Boxes Diner; infringements are okay if SCROTUS says so Fudd Attorneys - same as the other two above Collins Snore - supports infringements, also has a video where he said NRA has been "unapologetically uncompromising in defending the 2A FOR DECADES" And let's not forget all the fake pro2A organizations that call themselves "no-compromise" but in reality are all compromised and support infringements, especially if SCROTUS favors them.
I say this all the time when people comment, "I live in a "free" state, or "I am moving to a "free" state. Until they can have a full auto short barreled suppressed rifle without the government's permission, they live in an infringement light state. It's like how light beer has fewer calories.
What most Americans don't comprehend and understand is under the constitution of the united states of America supreme law of the land no senator, Congressmen, governor, president, judge has any legal lawful constitutional authority or jurisdiction whatsoever to pass or enforce any gun law anywhere in the united states of America under the supremacy clause, article 4 section 2 paragraph 1, second amendment shall not be Infringed clause,9th amendment enumeration clause,10th amendment nor prohibited by it to the states clause,14th amendment section 1 no state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the united states clause combined, all gun laws in the united states are legally null and void not legally binding enforceable laws. All senators, Congressmen, governor's, president, judges are all state officials elected or appointed to a specific state and therefore prohibited under the constitution of the united states of America supreme law of the united from passing or enforcing any form of gun laws whatsoever anywhere in the united states of America.
The biggest problem is the schools are not teaching how to use guns anymore. I was on the shooting team in middle school and high school. We carried our rifles and ammunition to school every day. My rifle was always in the back window of my pickup. Now you can get arrested for talking about starting a gun club in a high school
Great episode Thank you for sharing . I believe a lot of it is to instill fear and confusion on the citizens. We need to remember whose country this is . God Bless 🇺🇸🙏🏼
Before the year gun laws did not legally exist there was no such thing as bans, licenses/permits, background checks, gun free zones, red flag laws, registration whatsoever. The first gun free zone was the court house in the 1060s.
Even back 11 years ago when I tried to get my LTC, I was denied even with the highest references I could have to prove I am a law abiding citizens. I was working for the state at the time too, moved to Maine and had my permit in two weeks. Now we have a fight here in Maine from the latest bills that were passed. I believe I took my course at Toby's shop or another one on the Cape and used my cert in Maine.
I went to get my firearms safety cert 2 days ago and realized how behind I am on this. Having lived in Mass nearly my whole life. I literally looked up how to move out of Massachusetts soon as I found about this law. Just gotta say hearing this makes me reconsider a little bit. But really the sentiment you guys overlooked is that what about people who dont own a house arent integrated into the land. What reason would i have to remain living here other than nostalgia. I also lived in FL for a bit and I can literally walk into to the store and buy a gun. Never realized how disarmed Massachusetts residents are and how dangerous it would actually be to live here if shit ever hits the fan.
The thumbnail confused me, I swore i thought I saw Tony Hawk on a 2A podcast. However, as a gun owner from another liberal state, I'm really glad I made that visual error. Great watch.
The politicians that pass these laws and the attorney generals and prosecutors should be held accountable for the crime increase not just at the ballot box but also through the injustice system

Right!! I'm still trying to go thru this crap 116 pg bill! I need like 3 other books and a General Laws printout in order to figure anything out!! Worst bill I've ever seen! Grrrr
NY is this way....with regards to purchasing semi auto rifles, shotguns. You have to get a permit to purchase that requires that you have 2 references/people to vouch for you. Handguns require 4 and they interview them. Seems like that should be illegal for a permit to rely on someone else vouching for your character. I have not even bothered getting a permit for getting a handgun due to this. I feel it's wrong. I moved from VA and owned 5 NFA registered items. Never had to have anyone vouch for me other than the required at the time...police chief or CLEO sign off before submitting form 4's to BATFE. I don't know how NY can even do this without it being considered an infringement of your right. Anyone care to explain how that is even legal based on the constitution?
No state should be allowed to have greater restrictions than the federal government when it comes to the 1st and 2nd amendments. And the federal government needs to stop restricting our 2A rights as much as they do.
Toby - Is there a manufacturer of AR lowers whom make a lower with dual magazine wells ( side by side ) with selector switch to move back and forth between magazine sides ?
Simple 2a fact. Go to any public event, watch how the children behave, listen to the tone and volume of parents voices. Go to a 2A event and apply the same standerds. Day and night. Its not a firearm problem, its a lack of morality and shitty parenting problem.
US supreme court "The general rule is that an unconstitutional statute, though having the form and name of law,is in reality no law, but is wholly void and ineffective for any purpose since it's unconstitutionality dates from the time of it's enactment... In legal contemplation it is as inoperative as if it had never been passed... Since an unconstitutional law is void the general principles follow that it imposes no duties, confers no right creates no office, bestows no power or authority on anyone, affords no protection and justifies no acts performed under it. A void act cannot be legally consistent with a valid one. An unconstitutional law cannot operate to supercede any existing law. Indeed insofar as a statute runs counter to the fundamental law of the land (the constitution)it is superceded thereby. No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it." Bonnet V. Vallier,16 NW. 885,136 Wis. 193(1908); Norton V. Shelby county,118 US 425(1886).
The problem is we need to stand together as legal gun owners and that means all of us because in the long run they want to control everything we do even or cars that you drive as you can see electric cars don’t work very well and when they come for your gas car and you don’t have a firearm to protect yourself and your family what are you going to do we can’t let just one or two people fight for our god given rights we have to do it together

If you're not fighting or at least arguing for the "rights" of felons, then you're not the type of ally you think you are. You're selective, and that selectivity is a slippery slope.

Honestly all these politicians don’t live in Boston . They live in the suburbs. I live in Boston half a mile away from a police station. Someone tried to break into my house at 6:00Am my neighbor called the police and so did I . The police took about 15 mins to arrive. The guy had a crowbar trying to break in. Showed the police the video of him trying to break in and they said they didn’t have enough evidence to arrest him. They told him not to come back around. Like if the guy was asking for sugar or coming over for breakfast. This is why I say it’s time for Massachusetts to wake up
Or move. That’s ridiculously unsafe,
If you have to ask the government for permission to exercise any constitutional rights then it is no longer a right but a privilege
This includes the people that live in "free" states.
If it can be taken away from you, it's not a right. It's a privilege
Literally everything can be taken away.
@@fignewtoneater sounds like we have a bunch of privileges then
Rights are things beyond the government's authority to govern. By your misinterpretation, there would be no such thing as rights
Our rights have been recognized as self evident based on another self evident proposition that humans have a divine aspect to them. These rights are our birthright according to the founding fathers who enshrined them in the constitution and bill of rights. These rights may be infringed upon but never taken away.
@michaelnice93 may be infringed upon? No thank you. Take your overreaching ass somewhere else
Supreme Court and lower courts have no legal constitutional authority or jurisdiction to enforce any form of gun laws whatsoever anywhere in the united states of America. The constitution prohibits them all authority to do so.
Exactly, yet we have fake pro2A RUclipsrs and fake pro2A organizations (which is basically all of them) repeating infringement-supporting garbage from SCROTUS, as though 2A says, "shall not be infringed unless SCROTUS says so."
Heller and Bruen UPHOLD INFRINGEMENTS and fake pro2A RUclipsrs and fake pro2A organizations call those "big 2A wins."
And yet they do.

Our government uses history as a road map to accomplish their goals. The roaring 20s led to the great depression, which led to ww2. WW2 led to the advancements in technology that we have today. They think it will produce the same result. The economy is roaring but, not for the average person. When it finally collapses there will be a global depression. The wars today will continue into the 30's and after WW3 ends, we should finally have colonized the Moon and sent a spaceship to Mars. lol It worked before should work again 😆
blah blah blah...the extremist are the ones WITH guns this time around
Is too bad we can't explain to the Liberals that Nationalism would actually save us. But they're so blinded by rhetoric they can't see the forest for the trees. Ironic.. cuz they'd be the first to point out "the red scare" etc..
Yeah almost seems like maybe it's a false flag to protect communism. Without a strong National identity, you'll fall prey to communist propaganda.
That's why they snapped back so hard on gen-x/Me that belived the red
Uhm..
%💯 correct! Wonderful discussion!
51:47 - isn't that against the law for the ATF/Feds to go through gun shops records to create their own copy of everything into compiling a gun registry against our fundamental constitutional rights?
Kick MA, CA, and NY out of the union and let's get back to being a Constitutional Republic. If you live in any of these places, vote with your feet.
They need to arrest the politicians in Massachusetts
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Great information and well produced! Good job boys!
Not my 10/22
States do not have the authority to violate the US Constitution. This law, along with all laws regarding CCW permitting and owning firearms is unconstitutional. Wake up and stand up.
It's OUR DUTY to hold them accountable. We need to have a meeting of the minds and come up with a plan of action. No lawyers needed.
Unconstitutional at every level
No state truly respects the 2A, not even those that have similar language in their own state constitutions.
Every state allows federal infringements and every state has their own infringements on the books.
Yes!! Here ,here
You are starting to understand the real implications of the civil war
@@theskyizblue2day431 What civil war?
@TEP90 Yeah, that's because 99% of Americans have contempt for the Constitution, and 99% (probably plus) of people who call themselves super duper pro2A absolutists support some sort of infringements, and most of them will tell you what infringements they're okay with, if you talk to them long enough.
Look at the fake pro2A RUclipsrs:
Fuddily Armed America - dude is a total clown who supports infringements.
Fudd Boxes Diner - total clown who thinks 2A says "shall not be infringed unless SCROTUS says so"
Fudd Scholar - another clown who thinks the same as Fudd Boxes Diner; infringements are okay if SCROTUS says so
Fudd Attorneys - same as the other two above
Collins Snore - supports infringements, also has a video where he said NRA has been "unapologetically uncompromising in defending the 2A FOR DECADES"
And let's not forget all the fake pro2A organizations that call themselves "no-compromise" but in reality are all compromised and support infringements, especially if SCROTUS favors them.
I say this all the time when people comment, "I live in a "free" state, or "I am moving to a "free" state.
Until they can have a full auto short barreled suppressed rifle without the government's permission, they live in an infringement light state. It's like how light beer has fewer calories.

How do we let something so unconstitutional and illegal stand
I LITERALLY bought my first firearm (S&W 2.0 competitor, love it) From these guys a few months ago. Godspeed @CapeGunWorks.
The biggest problem is the schools are not teaching how to use guns anymore. I was on the shooting team in middle school and high school. We carried our rifles and ammunition to school every day. My rifle was always in the back window of my pickup. Now you can get arrested for talking about starting a gun club in a high school
I always make the point of the founders firearms. Many werent numbered. More intellectual points than i hear from most. Subscribed now
Excellent explanations and commentary ( on a side note I like the background music ) thank you for keeping up the fight 💪🏽🙏🏼
Perfection. Well explained. Encouraging.Thank you, gentlemen.
2A call finally for the complete preemption of state gun laws and the right lawyers need to figure this out.

Thank you for sharing .
I believe a lot of it is to instill fear and confusion on the citizens.

Toby needs to run for Governor
Fantastic video, thank you for all your doing
Never forget that Massachusetts' state motto is "Spirit of America" hahahahaha
This is why I’m moving out of MASS. Sept. Is my last month and moving to NM/AZ.
It needs to say ( LET THEM TAKE ONE RIGHT THEY WILL TAKE THEM ALL)
I keep seeing more and more insane things going on in each state of our country, why is everyone acting like its just another day?!?!?!
The bail fee was $40 now it is $80 and paid by the state.
This man is a patriot
The thumbnail confused me, I swore i thought I saw Tony Hawk on a 2A podcast. However, as a gun owner from another liberal state, I'm really glad I made that visual error. Great watch.
The politicians that pass these laws and the attorney generals and prosecutors should be held accountable for the crime increase not just at the ballot box but also through the injustice system
When the gun lobbies/owners refuse to give an inch on any gun issue, the extremists will win. Common sense gun laws are the answer.
This is all unbelievable. These people are out of control and only one thing will make them change.
You can absolutely buy a Semi-Auto. You can't have more than one Militarized Accessory attachment.
Browning BAR you can still buy under new Mass law.
Pietta Kronos you can still buy under Mass law.
Over a year to get an out of state LTC . Still waiting. Even though I have one in neighboring NH!
(3 days and I don't even need it here.)
BTW a Judge just declared that the 2nd Amendment includes all Full Auto's...!!! I dont remember what State but Guns and Gadgets just reported on it
Right on your northern border is a state that doesn’t care how many, or what kind of guns you have, or what kind of ammo, or anything like that. We can manufacture our own firearms legally and there is no sales tax! LIVE FREE OR DIE!!!!!
From the thumbnail I was like "what's Tony Hawke doing on here?"
I thought he was Tony Hawk for a second. lol
I saw the thumbnail and thought, I didn't know Tony Hawk was pro 2A.
I take everything I hear with a grain of salt. But this podcast was extremely informative. Brings up some great points and views. ATF SA Brian Higgins? Oh boy.....
"Come and take them"
this is EXACTLY why the 2nd was created! Tread lightly
Great show!
It is sad, but a self evident fact that we need a podcast called "Son's of Liberty". Remember who the minutemen were at Lexington & Concord. Erit semper vigilantes...
That point was lost with George Bush but everyone's eyes were closed.
Right!! I'm still trying to go thru this crap 116 pg bill! I need like 3 other books and a General Laws printout in order to figure anything out!! Worst bill I've ever seen! Grrrr
"You can't do that!"
Tobey is the man!
THANK YOU 🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲
Dude, lol I thought yall were interviewing Tony hawk at first lmao
Not gonna lie, I thought this dude was Tony Hawk. I’d thought the bird had become the birdgun!
Where can we get the form we need to collect signatures?
No state should be allowed to have greater restrictions than the federal government when it comes to the 1st and 2nd amendments.
And the federal government needs to stop restricting our 2A rights as much as they do.
(IF WE LET ONE RIGHT TO BE TAKEN THEY WILL TAKE THE REST ONE AT A TIME). OR ( THEY WILL TAKE ONE AT A TIME )
Im sure everyone in Brockton follows all the gun laws all the time 😐
Never knew Tony Hawk was a gun guy
In the thumbnail, I was sure this was Tony Hawk
Constitutional resistance en masse moving towards nullification is your remedy.
Toby - Is there a manufacturer of AR lowers whom make a lower with dual magazine wells ( side by side ) with selector switch to move back and forth between magazine sides ?
The forms are BATFE property only when you are no longer an FFL. Every FFL knows that unless they forgot.
Simple 2a fact. Go to any public event, watch how the children behave, listen to the tone and volume of parents voices. Go to a 2A event and apply the same standerds. Day and night. Its not a firearm problem, its a lack of morality and shitty parenting problem.

"The general rule is that an unconstitutional statute, though having the form and name of law,is in reality no law, but is wholly void and ineffective for any purpose since it's unconstitutionality dates from the time of it's enactment...
No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it."

The RIGHT of the PEOPLE to keep and bear arms,
