Changed mine twice now, first at Break-in and now. Fair amount of very fine metal. Good thing I don’t listen to the manufacturer’s, and overly maintain everything I own. Oil’s cheap over all..I use Amsoil for everything I own also. In this case I used Amsoil Severe Gear 75W-140 Fully Synthetic.
hello, I can't find what oil to use at the front unlike the rear where it is well marked (75w140). for the front, do you need a 75w 90 meter as you do, thank you
@@MrJoel125 the hole was too small in diameter. It took forever to squeeze it out. Maybe if you can bore the tip out a bit, but there isn't much plastic to work with.
Perfect thanks...saw the one for the rear diff too, starting to do my own maintenance on my 2020 650 MAX, cheers
Ain't much to the diffs, the gearbox is a bit of a pain, but doable.

2022 outlander 650 takes 400ml for the visco 4 lok. Anything with the older visco Lok takes 500ml(non visco 4 Lok).
Thanks, I own the same machine

Yes 75w-90
What is the thing called that has the diff oil in łike a needle thing
It was a large syringe I found on Amazon. I wouldn't recommend it for viscous oils.
@@chasintrail why not?
