Thank you. The device is called roast vision but it's not available anymore, yet, there are some new devices in the market. Check Aliexpress for a coffee roast meter. You can also check gethub for a build your own if you know Arduino stuff.
Where is the thermocouple located inside?maybe that’s why you get such a low reading at FC,,,,not really measuring bean temp
