Hello, Thank you for sharing this video. You show the hole proces, that is very important. The coffeeroaster is beautiful. For my self, I always roast manually on a Quest m3.
Fresh roast is a fluid bed roaster. Completely different roasting method. Behmor is a similar drum, but this one has way more capabilities than Behmor.

Yes, I long pressed the roast button to stop the heating and keep the fan only for cooling.

ROR updates once per minute. This is where Artisan is an improvement. It gives a constant readout of ROR.
Yes true. But I am not a software guy so I couldn't put Artisan on mine.

You empty the drum into the tray, then turn off the heater and close the tray so that the air will cool down the beans

Can you leave the beans in the hopper to spin while cooling or they need to be in the bottom tray?
No. Better to take them out to ventilate and cool down faster.
