Anything this guy has should be taken to payback all the government assistance he has gotten plus medical care and any lawyer fees. Then like a drug dealer keep all his money.
At least a drug dealer works and takes risks and is not protected by the legal system. Many of them end up in prison or sometimes even beaten or killed by their own. This bum and others like him steals money via fraud, steals peoples property from them, mocks people and flaunts his crimes , provides no goods or services to anyone, and is protected by the law. In many ways worst than the drug dealer.

In Alberta Canada, squatters rights have been abolished, and Ontario is soon to follow suit. As it stands a squatter has to prove that they have occupied a section of property continuously for at least 10 years, and have to prove that they have prevented the true owner from their rights of use of that property. In other words if a squatter tries to occupy a house that I own, I can remove him and if he happens to break some bones on the way out the door so be it

I'm a paralegal who works in immigration and yes the system is broken however if you are an illegal immigrant, you do not have the same laws as we as American citizens do. They cannot get by using the squatter laws. I'm glad they caught this guy because it makes it harder on the people who are really running away from their country because if they go back they will be un-alived that's what asylum is all about. This guy makes it very difficult for my clients who are trying to do it correctly. I think he should be deported and if he gets deported he will get an automatic 10 yr. bar and if anyone else does this the same thing should happen. I can assure you that the we would not take his case!! We are very selective about the immigration cases we take, they are vetted before we take them on as a client!! Something has to be done with the justice and immigration system because they are severely broken!!

I have them living around me and what they are doing is there's a 85 grandma and she's buying houses and putting them in these houses to live and they work at the nursery's are getting paid over a 1500.00 under the table and they don't pay any taxes like schools and hospitals.. They also do not have any drivers license and don't know how to drive. If in an accident they jump out and run and try to hide. These people are getting what the homeless people could get. They are breaking all the laws that I have to follow. It's a disgusting and it's all Joe Bidens fault,he needs to go.
It's not ALL Bidens fault. This was going on long before Biden came into office. But, Biden has done nothing to stop it. Biden is typical career politician. He does as little as possible, his words are empty and full of hot air. But in the end nothing gets done. He's all talk and nothing else.
