- This is my BMW M240i. It has a catless downpipe, resonator delete, and stock muffler. It is tuned with bm3 on stage 2 running e30. Burble setting is OEM, cold start is off, gts start is on, and valve is set to fully open in sport.
I got the same setup on a 340i, I use cold start in Canada and it's BRUTAL on startup.
Incredible
Wickeddddddddd
M performance muffler or the base muffler?
Dual resonator delete ?
is it crazy loud?
Not crazy. Just right. It's nice when in comfort the flaps closed to it's real tame
@@joeberman1285 I am thinking about going catless dp. Right now I have dual res delete and bm3 stage 1.
@@georgewu144 so I'm catless stage 2 on e30 now. With oem burble it's really good sounding. Anymore and it gets hella poppy. But with the bm3 tune the flap on the OEM muffler closes in comfort and eco so it's totally quiet
@@joeberman1285 Is it almost like stock quiet? I got a resonator delete as well but thinking to go catless P on my 440i, wouldn't mind more sound in sport but want comfort to stay the same
@@justcruising6824 i have a 440i w/ a catless downpipe and dinan mid pipe (stock muffler) and it sounds perfect. just how a proper b58 should sound. Comfort mode is quiet almost the same as stock but you definitely hear the turbo sing more (sounds awesome especially if you have an upgraded intake). Sport mode is like the most perfect pitch in sound tbh. loud enough to make you smile but not obnoxious by any means at all.
