Is the head room on the back of the Tacoma because of the sunroof?

When I started watching your channel, I didn't feel much about the Tacoma either way. I've changed! Now, it's one of my favorite vehicles. Old school, but like a canvas on which to paint one's personality and put the world on notice. The Tacoma's a great pick!

The head liner difference is because the orange one has a sunroof and the glass needs somewhere to go when it's open. That's one reason I don't like a sunroof is because you lose head room space.

Great Vid! Some key differences between the 2016 & 17 model years and the 2018+ models that stick out for me was the introduction of Toyota Safety Sense P (TSS-P). Then, there was the 2020 refresh that introduced the newer nicer grills, Apple CarPlay / Android Auto, power adjustable drivers seat. The power adjustable drivers seat was a game changer. this allowed me at 5-11" and my wife at 5-4" to both find a comfortable seating position.
The auto in my 2020 TRD Sport DCLB 4X4 was hunting for gears sporadically at first. It's well know that the ECU in these Tacoma's have a soft component of A.I. that can learn and adapt to your driving style. It took a while but the gear hunting has been virtually been eliminated. If I were to disconnect my battery for 30 minutes then connect, the ECU will be reset to stock values and will start gear hunting again until it relearns. Also there were many software TSB's issued by Toyota since 2017 to address the gear hunting. 2020 Was the last year of the software updates AFAIK.
However, I have just heard there may now be one last software update that supersedes the 2020 software. that may be what's in that 2023 Pro. Gorgeous truck BTW! Yours is looking as awesome as ever.

who did your vinyl for your '17 model? I love the way you accent Toyota on the back of your '17, I just recently purchased a 2022 Electric Lime TRD Pro and mine came with the tailgate inserts. However, the way you did the vinyl on the back of your '17 Tacoma, would really make the lime green pop just as your blue comes out.
