- In this video we demonstrate a karate Kyokushin knockout technique that is simple and yet very easy to learn and apply in kumite.
Karate Kyokushin is the strongest style of karate that requires body conditioning as well as strong and powerful kicks and punches in order to cause max damage to your opponent and win the battle.

What I find amazing within the techniques is the automatic footwork they contain so that the Sensei always finds himself in the right spot for the following technique without still moments in between

For the people that say kyokushin doesn’t work you crazy, I do kick-boxing for years now and there was a time I met a really chill dude a black belt on kyokushin he wanted to spar so that’s what we did, I was throwing knees and leg kicks the guy was eating them like a sponge the conditioning these guys do is hella effective !
The hards guys are from muay thai, kickboxing and kyokushin, hard sparing in training and full contact in matches , and also don't know if you new this already but dutch kickboxing comes from kyokushin, they just added European boxing ,that's why they look the same

It works until you fight people with a decent level of skill. This is worse than prehistoric karate. I took world oyama in sandy springs and even met the Shihan around that time in 2007 ( cool guy but his instructors are terrible people at that school). They always talking crap about tkd and the people in the international karate federation and can't compare to the worse instructors on that side. Mas Oyama was good but Kyokushin isnt.

Kyokushin is literally the toughest martial art, along with Muay Thai in terms of training, and Kyokushin does the best body punches in all, and their fists are so hard, that they can punch you with their bare fists without getting hurt

Honestly the hardest and most valuable part of kyokushin is the hard training, body conditioning and sparring. Not quite easy to do all of that alone
Stay in shotokan and do kickboxing.
Shotokan is amazing, focus on boxing and the mix them.

They take forever to rank you up in this style and they swear thag makes them better than everybody else. The reality is I learned more in 1 month in "The Dojo" than I did training 6 months in Kyokushin. Its a joke that somehow gets the most respect out of all karate these days. One has to be dumb to like this style.

When I started training Kyokushin, I was a shodan already from another style but sensei there didn't have a say about my belt he said that will be determined in the gradings and I didn't regret getting a 7th tyu from their gradings because i was weak compared to them, this style is very strong.

Idk if you know what k.o means, but you can't drop someone with a body shot and it be a k.o that's a tko. K.o is getting knocked out through hits to the head. Awsome combo though.

they dont strike the head with fists in kyokushin, only the legs, which is why the guy doesn't put his hands up, but when he saw the kick come in, he put his hands up automatically by reflex.

I had a teacher who was a karate champ. He said he did a lot of these in sparring and drills then became a bouncer. Night one and he was almost killed by some drunk drinkers in his club. He said he wasn't trained for that, in the street, headbutts, wild aggression etc.
But he don't come killed so 🤭

Sounds like a him problem , maybe if he learned that these techniques have a place and time , low kicks , knees , strikes to the torso are effective but when ? Do not use body punches while you know that your face is open , he lacked fighting experience , but i won't blame his masters i blame him for not seeing what was wrong with his mind set , did he expect the drunk guy to use body shots like a kyokushin fighter lol

A boxer who could bear/defend the kyo low-kicks could punch these guys' head into the stratosphere 😊 ..... there were some kyo fighters in early K-1 ( Andy Hug was a bad dude😊 RIP) but at the beginning they were struggling until they improved their hands with boxing basics.
The thing with boxing is it's become entirely the opposite game. The introduction of gloves has made the sport pretty much entirely about striking to the head with your hands. Kyokushin banned strikes to the head because they specifically didn't want to wear gloves - modern boxing has gone the other direction. In some respects, as far as a "complete striking art" goes boxing and kyokushin together would complete one another. That said, when the gloves are off, you'd probably not be so willing to strike to the head - it destroys your hands very quickly.

You Couldn't train The face that's why in Kyokushin you don't hit the face in spar.
That's because of the rules in kyokushin tournaments and most of the dojos.
Some dojos also hits hits in the face, but it's not allowed in most of the.

Kyokushin doesn't train any boxing skills and this could be crucial in a street fight.
Will Kyokushin Karate work with Krav Maga and Boxing?
You are better off doing krav maga and boxing minus the kyokushin. It will dull your fighting sense substantially

are punches to the head not allowed in kyokushin because I've seen tournament fights and no one attacks to the head although i dont doubt the leg kicks are effective

Everyone has a plan until they get kicked in face 😔. No matter what, unless ur training for several years u won't attain composure in a fight, so don't try to do "combos" during a fight instead focus on hitting on areas that will make the fighter get disoriented. Ie a kick to the face or stomach, a punch to arms or jaw
