I rewatched the intro over and over again. This is exactly what I needed to hear. I just came out of a very toxic relationship with my boyfriend. We dated for over 3 years, lived together, worked together and planned our future together. He is very kind, generous and loving but he also has borderline and refused to get professional help. It was like he was 2 different personalities in one. He always blamed me for everything, humiliated me, called me names and screamed at me. He never got physical but sometimes I wished he would just hit me because the emotional pain was worse than any physical pain… Somewhere along I just believed what he said, Tried to make him happy, made myself small and forgot about my dreams and wishes. I completely lost myself in that relationship and I only realized how broken I am when he left. That was 2 weeks ago and I don’t miss him. I feel relieved, I feel better. I’m 27 and I’m currently trying to figure out my life. I depended on my ex for so long I forgot what I really want in life. Sometimes I wonder if I wasted the best time of my life with that relationship. Sometimes I wonder where I would be today if I wasn’t caught in that relationship. Sometimes I wonder if I’m now to old to pursue my dreams and learn how to love again. I have trouble sleeping because of all my thoughts. Your videos really do lift my spirits whenever I feel down. I just wanted to thank you guys for all the calming and healing videos❤️
