I had the Truxedo Lo Pro and it was a nice tonneau. I got it is because I felt they're the leaders in products.

You can't beat this price point of ~200+ versus 1000+ when this does 90% of what people need from a tonneau cover.

your comments are on point, I live in Ontario Canada and have a hard tonneau cover that sits flush with the bed of the truck, was very expensive but worth it . there have been mornings i swept off 18 inches of snow off of it.

Was gonna do a very similar choice but with the Gator soft tri-fold cover but it also looses some space as you noted like with other covers. For my needs though, settled on the Bak Flip hard tri-fold cover to be the best all around for me. Mid-level priced, low profile, secure, and ability to use entire bed (no loss of space like rolling/sliding cover) and retains use of stock tie down rails.

Nice! They add such a better look 👀 to the truck 🛻 ! I just got home from visiting family in central Cal . And found my cover at my door. I think it’s a gator hard flip . Going to be putting a lot of luggage 🧳 in the back when I go on a cruise ship 🛳 . So a little road trip is coming up!

Been using a Gator SRX for years in snow country. It can handle 2 feet of snow no problem. Yes you have to clear it off. But you need to do that before you do down the road in any case.

Can you do another tonneau cover review showing how this one works?

  • @jjlevitt95

When you were deciding which cover to get, did you consider the TruXedo TruXport? I am currently trying to decide between these two. Thanks!

Thanks for sharing. The srx is my first choice, but then I stumbled upon the etx, so I’m now undecided ‘til I see more of the etx. Btw, I like your bed divider and the rubber mat, who are they from?

Any comments you have on the durability of that cover with the Velcro? I want to get it but I’m on the fence bc of the Velcro losing it’s quality

Where did you get that bed divider?

  • @kevincooney5700

Is the cover still holding up strong

I’m pretty sure my new black Tacoma’s paint job is not as good as yours. Yours is mirror gloss. Mine has slight orange peel…not really bad but to my discerning eye something isn’t right. I’m a bit bummed and hoping it comes out a bit when I do a correction in the next few years. Mine came with the 3 panel hard cover and I’m happy with it. A soft cover would not work for me (snow, knife, etc).
