How to Calculate Long Exposure Shutter Speeds

How to calculate long exposure times when using ND Filters? Well, there's an App for that! in fact there are a number of apps. Just be understanding that some may not be as accurate as others as in this demonstration using the same base commodities of aperture and unfiltered shutter speed from the metered composition. Two different apps delivered two suggested extended shutter speeds that had a discrepancy of 20+sec between the two.

There's a few out there but I always get the best results with the app from Lee Filters.
