I took the course off of udemy and put the videos on my youtube channel for free. I think I saw you comment there so I assume you have already seen them. I am really glad that my videos helped you.

I made the skeleton myself. The mold is in storage right now so I am unable to cast more at the moment. All the videos I have are on my youtube channel.

You could sculpt one in clay and cast it in plaster. Seal with shellac, polyurethane or wax so the “clay” will come off.
you forgot about subclavius muscle :P
