This is absolutely insane!...removing the armature from inside the model is like taking off your underwear in one piece without removing your pants!
You are a wizard, Sir! It is very likely the most amazing clay sculpture I have ever seen!
My most sincere congratulations... AND THE HORSE LOOKS UNBELIEVABLY AWESOME!
Thanks, very quint of you.
I would never in a million years thought to cut it open and thin it out and remove the armature. And a beautiful sculpture. Wow!
It is an obligation if you want to bake it, indeed it explode during the firing. If you want to see more spectacular removing of armature see this than! ruclips.net/video/YezLYN-Byao/видео.html. But Philippe is one of best sculptor he works also stone, and other materials, a true master. cheers

I liked how you showed how you hollowed out the horse, other sculptors videos leave that out too often and it’s important for drying correctly.
Wow! You know it's art when you feel sorry for the horse.
Finally! A clay modeler who uses fitting music for the model! Your great in more ways than one!
Absolutely amazing work... brilliant skill... and so full of meaning and significance (as with all great art). A powerful symbol of strength subjected to servitude and oppression. Very moving. Would be dramatic next to a similarly inspired sculpture of a horse running free. This sculpture conveys so much, not just the skill of the artist but a deep insight.
Thank you ❤️ Beautiful and inspirational! A masterful demo!❤️🧐 May I ask what clay you prefer? It appears you hollow it out to be kiln fired? Genius!❤️
Love watching Phillipe sculpt. Especially laying down the planes of the form.
I've never seen anyone hollow out a clay sculpture like that. Very interesting. Thanks for showing your technique.
I can feel the emotions of the horse through this sculpture. This artist really knows the emotional life of horses, in addition to being a master sculptor.
It was so amazing to see all the construction work to achieve this delicate figure. How the different stages of support structures give the clay just enough time to set properly. So apart from the of course brilliant artwork, I just was so amazed about the techniques.
I never knew how sculptures are created. Thank You so much for this demonstration. I was startled when you took the underside off to make adjustments but now I see why it was necessary. Beautiful work!
The bit where the supporting frame was removed made me feel squeamish, which probably tells you how great this sculpture was!
Really appreciate that you show the hollowing out process and removal of the armature. That tends to get skipped in these videos. Very informative.
I have not thought to use twine that's brilliant! Thank you! Beautiful sculpture!
So nice to watch, gorgeous sculpture, you can feel the strength of the horse pulling through the mud! Love it.
Excellent! I didn't realise want goes into making a sculpture like this. Thank you for sharing.
The pose and musculature and incredible, you can almost feel the strain. Absolutely incredible piece of art.
Just love this. Beautiful !
I farmed with draft horses, and know every muscle , angle, and weight balance on the draft horse. This is wonderful.
Wow, there is so much movement in that sculpture
Great job! A living sculpture!
Beautiful, as usual. Thank you for showing how to remove the armature and to hollow it out.

Hey you’re back! Your videos inspired me to become a sculptor.
That was amazing!!!
Amazing work. I loved it very much.
It was very interesting to see how you used rope for the legs! I am making things in cake and the structures are so time-consuming to make and expensive to buy! It was cool to see the inners.
So much relaxing and satisfying.
What a talent! Wonderful.
Magnifique, bravo Mr faraut !

Thank you
Wowwww beautiful work
You are a MASTER.👏👏👏👏👏
This is amazing, wish I could have such talent.
Magnifico. Perfecto. Bravo !!
The confidence with which you sliced away segments to hollow it out for firing was really something. I'm amazed the legs (and a dowel) were able to hold the weight of the sculpture. Did you wait any amount of time for the legs to stiffen up a bit before removing the supporting armature or did you just go in non-stop whole hog? Thanks.
I waited one day. It was enough since the legs are thin and dry relatively fast.
Amazing sculpt.
Amazing work !

Beau travail !!! Incroyable, il a sut s'ensortir l'artiste, et bien bravo.
Love it!!
Your horse was amazing work
❤ ! Beautiful !
Stunning.
It makes me wonder what I could be capable of with enough training (I'm mostly a self-taught sculptor).
I'm also fascinated by this clay: fine enough for minuscule details, leaves no residue on your hands while forming, yet dense/firm enough to hold the weight of the horse's body at the leather dry stage.
I have yet to see any pieces which have been fired in it.
All I can say is WOW!!!
Stupefacente!
