I have gotten some feedback on ingredients and just wanted to share some clarification on how to make and what certain ingredients are. Sukrin Gold is a brown sugar substitute composed of erythritol, stevia, malt extract, and tagatose. The malt extract if you are worried about the gluten is removed to where it could be considered under the level required to be gluten free. It is less than 1 glycemic and zero calories. It actually tastes pretty close to brown sugar from my experience using it. You can find it on amazon and probably organic or sections dedicated to keto. Evaporated almond milk is milk you reduce down to about 1/2 of its original size. So in this case to get about 12 oz (1 cup) of evaporated almond milk. You would need 24 oz (2 cups) of almond milk simmered over low heat for about 25 - 30 minutes or until it's reduced down to 12 oz. This also holds true if you wanted to do your own dairy evaporated milk.
