- These low carb gluten free tasty baked apple cider donuts are so yummy. It has the perfect blend of cinnamon, apple cider, almond flour and is baked without yeast but still so delicious and guilt free. Enjoy some today!

► Reduced Apple Cider
1 cup Apple Cider reduced over low heat to 1/2 cup
► Apple Cider Donuts
1 3/4 cup Almond Flour
3/4 cup Sukrin Gold
2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Apple Pie Spice
1/8 tsp Salt
2 tsp Psyllium Husk
1/4 cup Melted Butter
1/4 cup Almond Milk
2 Eggs
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Reduced Apple Cider (Leave out if Keto)
► Cinnamon Powdered Donut Coating
2 tbsp powdered lakanto monk fruit
1 tsp of cinnamon
► Cinnamon Monk Fruit Donut Coating
2 tbsp lakanto monk fruit
1 tsp of cinnamon
► Reduced Apple Cider Directions
Simmer 1 cup Apple Cider for 20 minutes or until 1/2 a cup remains
► Apple Cider Donut Directions
Preheat Oven at 350 F
Add Wet Ingredients (Butter, Milk, Eggs, Vanilla Extract, Cider) in a medium bowl
Add Dry Ingredients (Flour, Sukrin, Baking Powder, Apple Pie Spices, Salt, Husk) to a separate medium bowl
Combine half of the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients bowl and mix well. Then add the rest of the wet ingredients and mix well again.
Spray non-stick spray into silicone donut molds
Fill donut mold up to 3/4 with donut batter
Shake silicone mold to smooth out the batter
Place silicone mold onto a baking sheet
Bake in oven for 30 minutes
Cool down for 15 minutes and remove from mold
Enjoy with your choice of topping!
