I think all th movies need heroine fighting scene also so all women get lot of ideas for life and self protection ,kindly add all movies fighting scenes.
This is not a feminist movie, neither does it kick patriarchy in the gut as many reviews state! It is a survivor movie, one where the victim defends herself when no one else is able to help her! Liked it! Communist ideology crept in when the courtroom judge said women need justice, equality and independence the most! While I appreciate the above virtues, I feel women need love and understanding the most! And I speak as a woman myself!

When I watched the movie it come to my mind my aunty who kick her husband and make him to look like the male protagonist HAHA, my uncle deserved it , he always was hiiting her every day and every night while he was drunk and all the money his husband was spending on his alcohol instead of most important things, the problem is that sometimes your own village doesnt support you and make her to forgive him because he will change after the fight and also that "the kids need a parent", and what society will think", yes he changed but It was pretty toxic and he didnt make his function as a father he was a garbage. Now my aunty got divorce of him after 20 years of the fight and she is now happy and she can enjoy her freedom when she is 50 years old when she could do it before but you know "society"didnt made it happen.
Physical abuse men cannot tolerate but the society expects women to tolerate all kind of abuses patiently just to save the husband and wife relationship. The change should happen from bride 's parents, especially her mother should support her to get rid of such toxic relationships.
