- Many of you have been asking me if i could make a dragon head out of wood and you have been heard!
It was personally a pretty daunting project for me, but i am so glad i did it and i am very satisfied with the result!
I said in my prevous videos that i was aiming towards getting one video a week up here on youtube, but i am struggling with sleep deprivation and it does get the best of me at times. However my sleep is slowly getting better and i am gaining more energy to approach projects like this!
I am very excited about the future and i have to again express the gratitude i feel towards everyone of you who has decided to follow me on my art journey. Lets make it epic!

Tools used:
Bandsaw: Rec BS350 Bandsaw
Dremel: Dremel 3000 (with a flexible shaft attachment)
Merlin2 Mini grinder with a Tungsten Carbide Coarse Disc attached.
Dremel bits:
- 1/4" Inch sanding drum
- 1/2" inch sanding drum
- Fine diamond bur
Oil:
Liberon Finishing oil

Make 12 different dragon heads and add servos to them. So when anyone comes in a certain room. All the heads seem to follow the person around the room.
A chess set with animals and the eyes glow.
Holy moly. This thing is awesome. Made something like this on knife handle.

How about carving a tree? They're all unique, so you could make it look however you wanted, and a lot of your projects are forest creatures, so a tree would fit the theme =)
Yeah a peacefull tree and maybe do the leafs in birch burl wood. It would look pretty cool. Could be my personal bonsai peace tree

I would love to see you do a full bodied dragon. I can draw pretty well but I have absolutely no skill in wood carving which is what I hope I can pick up as a hobby when im old and frail hahaha
Hmm that would be very tricky, but very possible. You should go for wood carving right away! All you need is a whittling knife

Birch is one of my new favorite woods to carve in. Even with hand tools it is a wonderful wood to work with. Nice job as usual!
Yeah well i would like to try walnut or some wood that has more figure in it 😃

A full body animal would be amazing! Ive seen several heads like this or the eagle, but something like a standing bear would be gorgeous :)

Great job. I love the drawings- How about making a scaled down carousel horse, pole and all. If you make many of them you could have a working amusement park carousel ride.

It's not personal preference, there's no need for people to watch something they don't approve of.
It's petty jealousy. Even the most professional get it. Envy of ideas, of talent, of tools, of subscribers, about being able to share joy and get positive attention. Keep carving Jonas!
While I personally liked the sculpture, people are allowed to dislike something. RUclips recommends videos all the time, and people who may, for what ever reason, decided they didn't like this video or the kind of video it is after giving it a watch. Negative feedback is just as valid as positive feedback.
Putting a like on a video is just as fair as putting a dislike on it. Leaving an approving comment is just as valuable as a disproving comment. Both positive and negative criticism are fair. When you put your work out there for people to see, they are allowed to have and voice their opinion about that work.
I think the only reason people dislike videos like this is because the creation didnt turn out the way they imagined or would of liked it to be
Jens Roger Kristoffersen I totally agree, there’s no need for it. I’ve had it on my videos, the thumbs down and negative comments are always from people with no content on their channel, they are bright Green with envy and they show it here for the world to see... how sad !!

I wish I had something like that for my room! I love dragons, and Have a dragon theme in my room. By the way thank you for your amazeballs content. Watching you do the work that you do with wood reminds me of my uncle. He passed away the beginning of 2018, he loved working with wood, and taught me a lot of what I know. Your skills are wonderful and I enjoy watching you work. It makes me happy, just like when I would watch him work with wood. Thank you.

Nice, very nice and I happen to have a roomie that loves dragons and an apt attitude for doing the strange to strong wood. Got a 4×4 with a dragon all about it. Thank you for the motovation..... I'll post the messed up results whence they are available.

Suggestion for another project? I want to see the first sketch brought to life. Stoic dragons are great, but that first idea has so much life in it. A perfect example of how much I really enjoy seeing your drawings as much as the final sculpts.
