That's probably not what happened; Terre Haute is now a dropout prison. He was probably part of a gang and quit the gang and that's why he was transferred there. They guys in the laundry room know who's coming before anyone. I was in the last group to be shipped out from there in 2006 when it became a dropout spot. They asked up to sign wavers saying we wouldn't hurt the new guys coming and nobody agreed to it. They sent most of us to Beaumont and Big Sandy.
Probably not as bad as it use to be; it's a PC prison now for snitches; cops; dropouts, and child molesters. If you mess up its back to the jungles. You still have death row guy but that's housed in a different building.
